    I have dealt with several car dealerships on the North Shore over the years. My ex husband was a mechanic at a dealership in Highland Park for decades. After all my experiences, Chevy Exchange is the ONLY dealership that I have encountered that works with a client and actually makes you feel like they care about you. It is because of the OUTSTANDING service, that I have purchased several cars from them. I can’t say enough good things about Chevy Exchange! My latest purchase of my brand new 2025 Chevy Trax was as usual a very good experience. From the salesman, Fuad, to the manager(s), to the service department… Each team member made me feel like they genuinely care about me and that I matter.

    Everything was fine but the bill was kind of confusing: so many numbers. The mileage on the paperwork for the GMC Savana van was not accurate they wrote 300,000 instead of 75,000 miles I took paperwork back to them, but they said the correct mileage was in their records. I took the 2002 GMC Savana for oil change, but I wanted some information on if any other service was needed like axle fluid etc. but I didn't get any such news and was not advised of future needs. I don't know if they are familiar with the service needs of the 2002 GMC van. The 2023 Equinox service was ok. I took the Equinox to the dealer for service when the mileage reached 30,000, they told me only oil change was needed. I took the car back at 33800 miles and they said some services were needed at 30000 miles and that those needed to be done now. Why didn't they do the 30000-mile service when I took it to them at that mileage?

  • I love my beautiful Red Mist Metallic 2L Corvette

    I traded in my previous car and I was able to get a good price on it which allowed me to pay exactly what I wanted to pay for my new car. The whole process was easy and as fast as possible given that buying a car always takes a bit of time. I love my brand new Red Mist Metallic 2L Corvette. It's a dream car. I never would have thought I'd actually own one. I am 100 percent happy with the experience of buying it and, most importantly, with the car.

    Rafat was great from the first phone call. I ordered a new Tahoe and he helped me the whole way. Kept me informed on what was going on and when it would be here. Moody was great showing me everything on the vehicle when it got there. They made the whole experience comfortable and no stress. Lance walked us through the dealership and explained the accessories. This whole Chevy team makes you feel like you’re part of a family! Thanks guys.

  • Service was very accommodating and friendly

    Had a small list of nuisance things but the big one was the sunroof leaking. The stuff Chevy had control over they knocked out real quick. Sunroof was a contractor and took them a couple tries to find the leak but even after a follow up visit Chevy found me a loaner car so I can still drive my family of 5 around.

    My 2015 Chevy Sonic needed a new gear shift handle I could not get the car on reverse or park. The parts dept ordered a new shift piece which some time to arrive) and it was installed Great job !

    We were looking for a new Chevy Tahoe and doing research with 8-10 dealers in the Chicago area. It became clear to us early on that Michelle Rendall wanted to help us find a car and make the process as easy as possible. She was extremely responsive, answered all our questions honestly, and was very transparent with everything we needed to know about her process on the dealer side. It can be very frustrating when you know what you want but a car dealer tries to hide aspects of sales process. It is also off putting when the dealer pushes you into something that benefits them over you. We never felt either of these with Michelle and my favorite quote from her during the process was “I want to earn your business!” She was an absolute pleasure to work with and she will be the first phone call I make when I need a new car moving forward.
