by serenitt23 on 02/12/2016while I was not very happy with the sales person I had worked with the first time around.i found that the service around was very helpful and beyond accommodating when it came to my second visit there. They walks me through the whole… process of trying to contact my insurance and figuring out what I needed to do to get my windows and the rest of the damage on my car fixed. I was completely lost and had no idea what needed to get done but frank from the body shop at the Joliet dealership was very happy to work with me and help me figure everything out.in the future if I need anything done for my care I will be taking it back to my dealer.while I still have some issues to clear up from my first visit I am a lot happier and more then willing to return again.Thank you for writing in to share your experience with our team.
