Rami is super helpful and knows his stuff. He was upfront and honest, and took the time to explain thoroughly so I could understand what was happening with my deal. Customer service is top notch and I was taken care of from start to… finish by everyone in the dealership. Theodore was excellent at explaing the features of the trailblazer and providing more excellent customer service.

by Leo0324 on 04/26/2013updated 08/03/2025On Thursday 25 April 2013 I went to Phillips Chevrolet to look at a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado that was listed on their website as in stock. I initially met with Mike D. who was able to locate the vehicle and let myself and my fiance take… it for a test drive. After having completed the test drive I was quoted a price, which was well below the Dealership MSRP. Mr. D. also quoted me a trade in value for my 2000 Chevy Silverado as $2500. While speaking with Mr. D. I was introduced to Mike M., GM, who was polite friendly and also answered questions I had. Mr. D. then handed us off to Joe H., Sales, who finished the sales transaction and explained in details the features of the vehicle and gave us a tour of the facility to include parts department and customer service areas. Mr. H. and Mr. D. worked to get the payment down to a mutually acceptable level. Mr. H. also helped move personal items from my older Silverado to the new one after the transaction was completed. I sat down with Albion B. and discussed aftermarket otpions and decided on a remote starter for the vehicle. Mr. B. was able to set up the appointment to have it installed an offered to drive me home on the day the vehicle is dropped off and offered to pick me back up after the work had been completed. After choosing aftemarket options I was introduced to Matthew B. who completed the financing paper work. I would say the staff at Phillips Chevrolet were very friendly professional and efficient. I did not find anyone who was pushy or was not willing to answer or clarify any questions that I had. The overall process of purchasing a new vehicle at Phillips Chevrolet was a very good experience and I would recommend them to others who are considering the purchase of a vehicle in the future.Thank you for taking the time to write such a wonderful review! He is very professional and knows a lot about the numerous cars I was looking at. He made me… feel comfortable from the first hello. I was very impressed by his eagerness to get me into the vehicle I wanted at my price point, without having to sit around the dealership for countless hours. I had to visit Phillips service department a second time for a reoccuring issue that unfortunatly due to the design of the systems of the engine could… not be corrected of my 2012 Equinox. Joe and Brian took the time to explain why the noise I was hearing was possibly caused by the unique operation of the power steering/fuel pumps. Everyone was very courteous and helpful and our salesperson, Rachel, was tremendous. Because of this, I usually will try to look elsewhere. Well, my airbag light came on and a friend of mine said I would probably have to… take it to a dealership. So, I took it to Phillip's and honestly I was dreading it. To my surprise, it was a very pleasant experience. Tim C was the consultant that helped me today and he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very clear with the pricing and VERY precise with the time frame that was given! Amazing Experience

He took his time with me and made sure I got to look at and drive each model I was considering. There was no pressure and it was a very relaxed environment. How To Take The Sting Out Of NNew Car Buying

My wife and I were just looking around when Rami drives into the lot to park THE perfect 2013 camaro. He took care of us… right then and there, answering all our questions and even working a deal for us as we went home to get our trade in. He was determined to see us in that new camaro .. and strangely enough he was doing it for us as much as for himself and the dealership. Everyone we had to deal with were friendly and professional, and going that extra little bit to make us feel special (when really its all of them that are special). I now know how to take the sting out of buying a new car, his name is Rami (I will recommend Phillips Chevrolet to anyone that will listen). Now if I could only get rid of those dang sales taxes.Thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review. I liked their prices and contacted via web. Good response time and follow-up from Chris. I arranged for a visit… while in town and was hooked up with Emir. He had the couple fo cars ready for me to drive. I brought my dad with so he could see/feel what a cool car the Volt is. Emir was great - low pressure, good with answers. Dad and I felt comfortable with him. He also showed my a couple of other Volts in different colors and configurations. I couldn't buy my car that day as I didn't have my trade-in with me, so I will pick it up next Friday and start my vacation that day. What a way to start a vacation! I'll follow up with a review of the delivery and financing options they provide. I have no doubt the delivery process will be great. I always wonder about the financing piece because that par tof the business is so guarded. I hope to get a great rate from them so I can take advantage of the full rebate and maybe buy some accessories for my new ride like premium floor mats and maybe door sill plates! When my dad goes for his new car next year, it wouldn't surprise me if he goes to Phillips. He really liked the place.Thank you! I ended up buying the Volt over at Phillips and could not be happier with my results or with the car. Emir took great care of me and the delivery process went well. Very happy with the overall experience and would recommend to anyone wanting a new Chevy.

Rachel was my sales person & she made the experience a joy. Unfailingly polite, courteous, and knowledgeable are the words that… come to mind when I was looking for a car. At first it feels like the lady comes with the car, because the Volt & Rachel are sharp & thoughtful, but then you feel glad that she stays at the dealership to help people find the car that is right for them.
