Emir is the BEST!

Fantastic Experience - Phillips lives up to its strong reputation

I live in Milwaukee, but Phillips' volume affords selection and pricing not available at dealers in the Milwaukee area. Phillips' online sales staff was responsive and… straight-forward in providing pricing and purchase/lease options for my Volt. After an Amtrak-related travel snafu, Steve willingly offered to pick me up at O'Hare - 45 minutes from the dealership! Once on-site, there were no disappointments. Pricing was exactly as discussed on the phone, there was no pressure to buy add-ons and all staff were courteous and professional. Knowing that I had a long drive home and that I had missed dinner, Steve personally ordered and picked up a pizza to fill me up. Two hours AFTER the dealership was officially closed (I arrived just before closing time), Steve took time to explain the features of my Volt and make sure that I was comfortable before getting on the road. I CANNOT say enough good things about Steve S. and Phillips Chevrolet - extremely happy with my purchase experience, and my Volt!Thank you for the WONDERFUL review! The sales associate Chris M. was very nice and extremely understanding, he didn't try to push a vehicle on us that we didn't want (like some other sales people try to do) and from the… moment we walked in the door he did everything he could to get us in the truck we wanted. During the whole process neither my wife or I felt pressured into anything, Chris and his management team understood our needs and our financial limitations and worked with us to the best of their ability. I arrived late on Friday 10 min prior to closing and everyone stayed until the transaction was… completed. Steve S. was my sales rep and did everything he could to expedite the process and even sent out an additional gas card out to use in mail for being so patient.
