I am so glad that we purchased the extended warranty, because that helped us save a lot of money on this repair. People say the… extended warranty is a waste, my comment is, if you are planning on keeping a car more than 5 years it is worth it. That's why I was disappointed to discover during my vehicle servicing on 5/4/20 that not all most staff & 1/2 the… customers were sans masks. Regardless how we look at things politically, we must be thinking of others and mask up in public when interacting with others. Consideration for others must be the fall back no matter what we think/believe. Businesses that project that & conduct business as such are the ones that survive and/or thrive.Focus recall
by John S on 05/04/2020I had a recall notice for my 2016 Focus and in the process told the Service Manager (Kevin) that I was having issues with the transmission. He sounded familiar with the problem and got me in the next day. The service technicians spent the… day addressing the recall, and the transmission issue. It turned out the transmission issue was covered under an (Ford) extended warranty, so I was out the door with no charges. by Thank you on 04/18/2020I appreciated the Works Package and Recall that got taken care of, but wish they would have caught that the oil was not due to a faulty cap but rather residue from last fall. Also the new car I bought was in January 2015, so this goes back… a few years. I did not buy a new car last Wednesday.Helpful

Exceptional Service

Packey Webb offered to pick up and return my vehicle. The employee who picked up my… vehicle was very professional and sanitized the vehicle and did the same on its return. The vehicle was returned within a few hours. This was exceptional service in these trying times and will make me a loyal customer in the future. My Ford Escape has proven to be a very reliable vehicle and has all the tech equipment to make me a safer driver.Recall service & other issues

The fact that Packey Webb initiated home pickup and drop-off of vehicles being serviced was an awesome idea that I am so very happy… that I took advantage of. I was contacted when they arrived at my home, watched as they disinfected my keys and car and was in constant contact with my service advisor throughout the day as they worked on my Edge. Drop off was seamless, again the technician disinfected the vehicle and keys before turning them over. I might also mentioned all with a smile and wishes for safety and health... AWESOME job Packey Webb, this is yet another reason I have had my Edge serviced exclusively at the dealership since buying it from the same. It would be great if this service continues past the pandemic, it is easy for me to drop off, but picking up can be a challenge if the vehicle has to be left. Often times I just wait at the dealership, but when many things need to be done the comforts of home are better!Engine Oil Leak
