  • Inaccurate Multipoint Inspection

    The gentleman who assisted me in scheduling my oil change was and always is courteous and friendly. Aside from that, being charged $115 bucks for an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection where they lie is frustrating. I recently had to replace one of my tires (I know suppose to do in sets of two) and they just wrote the same measurement as the rest. Does not seem like a big deal on its face but I use to put a lot of faith in the multipoint inspection for my safety but now can't trust it at all. For reference, the tire was replaced brand new two months ago and they marked it at 5/32. Nowhere near close, so what else do they just overlook?

    Went to Zeigler for an Express Oil change and it was the fastest service I’ve ever received...20 minutes for the oil change and inspection. Hadn’t finished my coffee when the service adviser found me to say everything was done and no issues. Thank you Michael and service tech Hector.

    Always a pleasant experience to get my oil changed at Zeigler. Fast, efficient, friendly, great customer service. I'm always happy to see the manager Mike! Very helpful and very cute too!

    I brought my son’s Wrangler in for oil change and tire rotation before he took it back to school. The shop broke a stud when rotating the tires. They sent me to 4 Wheel Parts to have the stud fixed…with four of the five lug nuts on. The guys at 4 Wheel Parts were helpful, fixed what Zeigler broke and couldn’t believe the dealer didn’t fix it. Getting pretty tired of Jeep dealer service not standing behind their work. Used to, but not any more.

    They took care of major warranty issue this spring. I’ve got another issue with headlights, brights, and fogs they are working to resolve however no success yet. The promise to be diligent once intermittent issue presents itself again.

    I bought my car new at another dealership 8 years ago. My car had a couple of recalls and I had to have a Chrysler dealership repair it. In April 2022 I came to this dealership for a repair and George helped me. He was wonderful and went over the best options for me. His treatment was much different, I felt like an individual. He treated me with excellence even though my car doesn't look as well. In fact, the entire crew is just extra professional and friendly. Even down to the nice pick-up drivers who were just as wonderful with their superb customer service and driving skills. I enjoyed my conversations with them when they took me back home and picked me up when my car was ready.

    I service my jeep at Zeigler and have always had a great experience. First off, they have a great customer lounge with large TV's, internet and monitors that show the service bay. I can watch as my jeep is being serviced. Everyone is extremely friendly and they always get my jeep in and out in the time frame promised. When I do have any questions, I feel like they always spend the time with me to answer everything. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

    The told me that my Jeep had problems that it didn't. I am a women and I believe that they were trying to over charge me for repairs I didn't need because they thought I didn't know any better.
