Service team outstanding, not so much the office staff
by jbecker on 05/17/2023I came in to have 2 recalls completed. The service team was prompt, courteous, professional, and did a great job. I was definitely satisfied with them. However, while in the waiting area I was subjected to listening to someone listening to… an alt-right radio show, loudly, in the office next to the waiting area. No Service During 2 Hour Wait

After waiting 2 hours, I had to ask and found out my car had not been touched. They said it was a… communication error. Tire Change

He checked if I had a tire coverage, very upfront with pricing, and was able to get it done the same day. Manuel texted me as soon as the car was ready… which was much earlier than promised. Great Costco Auto Dealer experience

Complete lack of honesty and trust

I asked if the car can be washed and even at this moment there're in reconstruction and asked the Honda dealership to help… with the wSh for no charge as a complimentary. Spare key programming
by Marsel B on 03/20/2023I went there to program my spare key that wasn’t working and they said that they can’t program it cus apparently it’s programmed to a different car and there is no solution to it and they charged me nearly 100 dollars for what they are… calling “labor”. Dishonest service department
by Unsatisfied! on 03/04/2023Asked to check a slow leak in one of the tires during an oil change appointment. Were told that the tire in question has a nail in the side wall and that it cannot be repaired and that a new tire would cost around 240.00. I declined to have… it replaced and went to Just Tires as it is a Good Year tire, and they were able to repair it with no problem.
