    Had an appointment and was told it would be 1 hour to an hour and half to service car,after almost 2 hours my car was not even looked at,no sense in making an appointment if you have to wait that long for service

  • Service team outstanding, not so much the office staff

    I came in to have 2 recalls completed. The service team was prompt, courteous, professional, and did a great job. I was definitely satisfied with them. However, while in the waiting area I was subjected to listening to someone listening to an alt-right radio show, loudly, in the office next to the waiting area. Might I suggest the insurrectionists on staff use headphones in the future?

  • No Service During 2 Hour Wait

    I had a terrible experience. I had appointment for normal service (oil change, tire rotation, etc) I was told it would be about an hour. After waiting 2 hours, I had to ask and found out my car had not been touched. They said it was a communication error. I left without any service

    I had a nail on my tire that cannot be patched. Manuel from service was very helpful. He checked if I had a tire coverage, very upfront with pricing, and was able to get it done the same day. Manuel texted me as soon as the car was ready which was much earlier than promised. Thank you.

  • Great Costco Auto Dealer experience

    I went through the Costco Auto program and received a call from John Kraniotis. He was very professional and nice and showed us the vehicles we were interested in. The purchase was very smooth and the trade-in was handled very well. We felt very comfortable and it was much more pleasant than a typical auto purchase experience. We drove away that night with the new car and we are very happy about the whole experience.

    I just had the car at another repair shop where they replaced all cabin air filters. This place tried to get me to replace them…..again…

  • Needed a New Car

    We had Matt as our salesman, friendly, knowledgeable, dealership is under construction but that shouldn't affect your decision to go there. We knew pretty much what we wanted and were given the time to explore the features and ask all the questions. Nice test drive. No pressure! We are repeat customers for a reason, always had a good experience and this time was no different. The car we replaced had 217,000 miles

    Very pleased with the oil changed and anti-thift recall updates. The car was taken in service as an appointed time. I asked if the car can be washed and even at this moment there're in reconstruction and asked the Honda dealership to help with the wSh for no charge as a complimentary. The team are very friendly and I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family members.

  • Spare key programming

    I went there to program my spare key that wasn’t working and they said that they can’t program it cus apparently it’s programmed to a different car and there is no solution to it and they charged me nearly 100 dollars for what they are calling “labor”. Basically i through 100 dollars in the garbage.

  • Dishonest service department

    Asked to check a slow leak in one of the tires during an oil change appointment. Were told that the tire in question has a nail in the side wall and that it cannot be repaired and that a new tire would cost around 240.00. I declined to have it replaced and went to Just Tires as it is a Good Year tire, and they were able to repair it with no problem. They were amazed that they would try to sell me a new tire as the vehicle has only 5,000 miles.
