Mostly my dealings with Brilliance are in their service department. I can't say enough… about them! They are knowledgeable about your service needs and honest. They are kind, caring & professional. I always am able to ask for & receive any current discounts they offer. Ben is the manager & he is on top of all work & service personnel. He runs a tight ship & expects quality work done in a timely fashion with reasonable pricing. This is why I do all my service work at Brilliance. You will be pleasantly surprised with them! The shop is always clean & neat The waiting area is also convenient & comfortable with free drinks & popcorn. A free car wash accompanies all work which is also nice. Rich was very knowledgeable with all the various models and options with the… Odyssey. He showed us different ones in stock and we ended up finding on the lot the model, color and options that we wanted and negotiated the best price as compared to other local dealers. We also agreed on a fair price for our trade-in, extended warranties and financing. From start to finish it was a no pressure deal and we were extremely pleased with the entire buying experience. We will definitely tell others about the great deal we got at Brilliance Honda and ask for Rich Donovan.Great experience with complete transparency

Luckily the salesman, Zach S, was very nice and laid back, no "Let me get my manager" nonesense, no… hidden charges or other things that I didn't agree to, car was detailed and ready to go when I arrived, finance office / paperwork was organized and not messed up as usual, and the best part is that I negotiated my deal over the phone to save time and aggravation. They even beat three other lease quotes I obtained from other Honda dealers in Barrington, Des Plaines, and Elgin, IL. I will definitely return to Brilliance Honda for my service and future vehicle needs and will recommend this dealership (and salesman) to my friends and family. ThanksGood

There were some bumps in the road that we had to deal with since I came from Alaska to purchase my vehicle from them but I love my car so I'm happy… things worked out. Big issue was that they didn't have the title to send to my bank so we had to go through their bank instead. Since we were traveling from AK I was hoping they would have a shuttle or some kind of pick up service from the airport but they wouldn't agree to that, so we paid 65$ for an Uber to get there. Hours are great, they're open late which is very convienent! Thanks for helping me get my dream car!Brilliance Honda prime location for bying cars

The whole staff was very friendly and they weren't pushy at all. We worked with Gary and he made our first tome car buying experience a very memorable one! by crvowner17 on 09/03/2016Don't bring your vehicle here for service unless you want it done incorrectly and cost thousands to repair after they ruin it. Had my a/c compressor clutch replaced under warranty ( required removal of compressor) and when they reinstalled… it they pinched an o-ring that caused the compressor to fail. $1000 out of my pocket. He walked me through everything, re-explained when he needed to, great… service. As soon as I arrived at the agreed-upon time, he was ready to go. Offered me a coffee then got into the details of the car.
