    Even though I’ve bought 4 vehicles in last 5 years. I will never buy another GMC again or anything related to GMC!

    I always have my Sierra serviced at Laura GMC. Excellent service and always done right the first time.

    Laura Buick/GMC did a fine job as usual on the oil and filter change on our 2020 Buick Envision that we purchased new from them. They also did check fluid levels and tested the battery which we were informed was needing replacement. The only problem I have is their refusal to honor a coupon that they mailed to us which offered the oil and filter change for $69.95, a savings of $20.00. The service manager said that these coupons were not valid, since they were mailed from a "third party" source. However, we have used these same type coupons with Laura Buick many times in the past, with no issues. I feel that if they were not going to honor these coupons, they should have notified their customers in some way. I believe that this is very poor customer relations and service. The extra 20 bucks they made is chump change to them, but makes the customer feel cheated.

    From the initial phone call to set my appointment (with a live human) to pulling into the service lane i encountered very friendly staff. I waited for the services. The advisor kept me informed of the progress. I encountered several employees and all were friendly and eager to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. Great dealership.

    Took my Buick in for a PM service. I was called telling me I needed a wheel and a tire. The cost was around $670. I refused and took the vehicle to another repair facility. The tire was OK and the ding in the wheel was fixed for $75. I took another vehicle in for a PM before the Buick and was told I needed the change anti freeze. The vehicle in question comes with extended life anti freeze. I sell anti freeze. Extended life anti freeze's life is 500,000 miles. It did not need to be changed for another 400,000 miles

    Super duper accommodating,, helpful,, I was on a long trip,, second year in a row, going past their front door,, I needed help,, they were so busy they couldn't see straight,, they said just stop on by and we'll take care of you... I live 1500 miles from this service dept,, I wish I lived close enough so it was my normal service dept.. I couldn't say enough good things about these people,, they really want to help you, and their hands aren't tied by management like some places,, so they can help.. Ted Chernok

    During this visit, I had an oil change, tire rotation and new rear brakes and brake fluid service. I have had very good service here in the past and this was no different. The repairs were made as promised and I was not pressured to take additional service that I had not requested.

    Worst service I've ever had. Got my truck fixed their and it broke down two days later and the said there was nothing they could do for me. Will not be back and will never recommend this place to anyone
  • 2015 GMC Canyon Service After the Sale

    I purchased my GMC Canyon back in November of 2015. It is a nice truck but he service after the sale is horrible with this company. The dealer sold me the wrong bed covering, as I asked for a hard top covering and received the GMC logo item. The service department for this organization is the worst I have seen in a number of years. Items that are on back-order take months to receive and no one does a follow-up with the customer to let them know there is a delay or offer an alternative solution. If I had not purchased the vehicle and accessories from this location I would be very hesitant about returning.

    I've had my car for just a bit over a year now and other than a totally ruined tire, which they took care of, everything has been just regular things such as oil change and tire rotation etc. Every time, every thing has been taken care of quickly and professionally. Everyone has always been very cautious and polite. What more could you ask?

    I have been servicing my car at Laura Buick for years now, and have nothing but great things to say about their service department! Scott Sipole is one of the most professional service managers I have ever met, and the work they do is second to none! I would highly recommend their services! Their prices are extremely competitive, too. I will never buy tires anywhere else- they are much less expensive than Dobbs.

    Terrible, terrible terrible. I brought my car in to be serviced it was making sounds. They called me to let me know I could pick up my car and that it had been fixed. I picked my car up and it was not fixed so I brught it back at least two more times before they had a service tech drive with me he heard the noise it was mking when turning a crunching, grinding noise. So they try againg but to no avail. This time Scott the Service Manager rides with me and he hears the noise also he rattles off a few things it could be and promises he will get the car fixed. They can not figure out what is wrong I am wasting my time taking off work to drop off the car that is less than 6 months old they gave me rentals which was in my contract but they were always empty so I would waste gas $ in the SUV's that they gave me. I was fed up with the way they service team had treated me so I called GMC and told them the trouble I was having with Laura Buick's service team. Later that afternoon I went to pick up my car and they were mad I guess GMC called them to inquire about the complaint. They went off on me for calling GMC which they had no right to do. My car is still not fixed so I try one last time with Laura and this time when I pick my car up they had washed it. I thought that was away of them saying sorry. But when I went to get in my car there was a dent on the left side by the foglight that was NOT there when I dropped it off. I went straight back in but it was a Saturday and the service team was closed. I refused to leave the lot with my car so I left in the rental. Monday I called and Scott informed me that he looked at the dent and that it had been there and he could tell it had tried to been repaired. He refused to fix it claiming they did not put a dent in my car. When I came to pick up my car I brought a cop to make a police report when the cop got there he said he could not file a report since it was not an auto accident. Scott told me never to bring my car back there that I was not welcome. My warranty only covered Laura to make any repairs or I had to pay a deductible so I ended up cancelling my extended warranty and being charged to do so. Also when I got in my car to leave my steering was all messed up they had messed with the alignment. I called Scott and he said the repairs they made had nothing to do with the Alignment and told me to bad. So I called Wagner in Belleville, IL and they are a totally different place great courteous people willing to help. They listened to my problem called GMC to make sure they would cover the alignmenet adjustment and got everything cleared up. To bad for Laura Buick my enitre family bought cars there until this accident now no one will buy a car there.

    I have used the service department at Laura Buick since purchasing my Enclave a year and a half ago. They have always been dependable and friendly. They complete the work as promised and in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend the service department.

    My 2006 King Ranch F-250 was having severe alignment issues and EGR problems. I have taken it to numerous dealerships across the St. Louis area and none of them were able to detect the issue. Laura Buick GMC took the time and care to fully diagnose the issues with my truck. The service was professional and timely. Compared to other dealerships, I was kept up to date on the status of the repair. Laura Buick GMC is one of the last mom and pap dealerships around, and their customer service is one of the best.

    Took my Yukon in as Stabilitrak error light was on. Engine was running roughly. They "fixed" it with new plug wires and ignition coiil (after I told them I had just done that a few months prior) and after $430.00 I drove it home. Same problem reoccured as I drove into my driveway. Took it back the next day. They then claimed it needed a liquid injector flush. $1,100.00. Shortly thereafter, the same problem. I took it to another mechanic and was advised that lifters were the culprits. Took it to Laura and told them it was probably the lifters. They quoted $2,100. I told them to go ahead. Dave from service called me back and confirmed it was a bad lifter. He also stated that since I was $600.00 under the quote he would fix the oil pan gasket that was leaking. I said sure go ahead. He called my office to advise them the price would be $3,600.00. I was shocked. Where did he come up with the high price? I immediately told him to only perform the original work we agreed upon. He called to tell me the work is done. He then stated the price is $2,800.00. I told him I was paying only the $2,100.00 as quoted. He eventually agreed a day later. This place is a complete rip off. I was charged for work that shouldn't have been done due to their negligence in diagnosis. Then they continued to try to rip me off. As a follow up, I took the Yukon in to another mechanic for the oil pan issue. He looked at it and told me there was no leak. The only oil was from what was spilled out of the heads when they replaced the lifters. What a [non-permissible content removed].
