    As a person who does over 10,000 miles a month with his vehicle, I really push these vehicles to their limit limits traveling cross country. The Infiniti QX 80 is definitely my favorite truck than the last 30 years of work. I’m on my fourth one and I do close to 400,000 miles in three years on these vehicles. That’s why I’m so appreciative of Tone and mike in service as they stay on top of my vehicle and catch stuff that may slow down my business. Nobody likes downtime and I think it’s very important that people understand that when you follow this scheduled maintenance These trucks can go to the distance. With Tony and Service I’m never worried about much of anything with my truck. Definitely my favorite dealership.

    My dad bought a car and I bought a car the other day and we came in to talk to the service manager since my car was pre-home. I wanted to make sure that I understood what maintenance I had coming up and what I needed to do for my car since I only do about 12,000 miles a year on average, Tony was very nice explaining everything to me and they actually helped fix a couple things after my purchase that were quick fixes. Really happy with how this deal turned out.

    I recently purchased a Infiniti QX 80 and went straight to Service to talk to them about how the eat your bumper to bumper unlimited mileage warranty worked and Tony was nice enough to explain the services and everything I needed to know to make sure that my warranty was always valid. Tony is definitely a car guy.

  • Most Ridiculous Service Experience I Have Ever Had!

    • I was told my keys were lost while my car was at INFINITI of Clarendon Hills. I had to take an Uber, which costs $61.22, on 07/23/21 to bring a spare key and complete the tow. This dealership found my key after I completed the tow, so now I will have to return (again) to pick my key up. • My vehicle was dropped off to INFINITI of Clarendon Hills on 06/29/21. Repairs were not started because the service center was unable to properly submit information to my insurance company. Vehicle was towed to another service center 07/23/21, which is 3.5 weeks later without any work done. In contrast, the current service center began work the next business day (ordering parts). • To make all of these mistakes right all I asked for was reimbursement for the uber. The owner Peter Korallus said I would not be reimbursed for the uber. By far, the most ridiculous service center experience I have ever had.
    • Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding by the staff at the towing company regarding the location of the keys to your vehicle. Our Service staff communicated clearly to the towing company where the keys to your vehicle were. We cannot speak for the towing company regarding this misunderstanding. We are disappointed to hear that this reflects negatively on us when we are not the one at fault.   • Poor customer servive

    I was very unhappy with the service I received. The customer service is horrible and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I regret ever purchasing a car here. I went to get my car serviced recently and when I left , I noticed that my sonar was turned off. When I went to take it in they said it was my fault and that there was no possible way anyone from the dealership could have turned it off. They said it looked like I had maybe gotten into an accident. When I said I hadn't and that the car was never touched, they still insisted that it was my fault. The problem ended up being that a wring harness was disconnected that is only accessible by removing the bumper which I believe they did to replace my headlight. When I questioned the technician about it she said that an animal could have crawled up there and disconnected it. So my car went from being in an accident to vandalized by animals, what a joke. At the end of the day I ended up paying for this service because I was tired of arguing with them. Every time I come I feel mistreated in some way. The customer service is horrible overall! I will be buying another Infiniti in the future but I will never purchase one here.
