Service Good Despite False Advertising

I was told in order to not be charged for the loaner I had to drive the car back to the dealer. by Josh and Nadia on 06/28/2021We were interested in Audi as a new vehicle after more than a decade with our previous car, but wanted to test everything out first, including the experience of dealing with the staff. I found them to be friendly, forward and definitely… willing to find information for us, even when we had not committed to purchase anything. They seemed to enjoy taking us on drives rather than push us straight to purchasing as fast as possible, to ensure we liked the vehicles. There was never a rush or hard sales pitch, making the decision less stressful and came to it after a few weeks. The particular model and specs we were interested was not in yet, but they made certain we were aware that when a matching vehicle was coming in, we would have a chance to see it first. Eventually our new Q3 Premium Plus S Line came in, and the process from trade in to leaving with the vehicle was less than two hours. Even our finance contact did not push us to any particular plan, just stating what they each offered and insight into what they did/not do. He was a joy to speak with.
