    I just upgrade my 2004 Nissan Xterra for my new 2018 Nissan Rogue. I LOVE Nissan, I'm driving Nissan for long time, and I'm very happy with Berman Nissan. Service and now sales. Highly recommended.

    We came to buy our first car, is a beautiful Nissan Sentra 2019. The building and office in this location are so nice and everything is so new. The service department has a lot of advisers and you can do the oil change in 40 min.

    Manager Adelita offered me a price. Issac made sign paper that had the amount they were going to give it for me for but he NEVER explained anything on that paper and only said something between the lines of this is the paper stating we are going to give you the car for this amount. Like What in the world is a "city package" Isaac? Second manager I worked with, Sam (the GM), even stunned when mentioned that the price that was given was NOT the one that we were told and given by Adelita. So He left and came back, I assume that possibly in order to help out Adelita because of what she offered me was maybe too low he used the old "you signed it and we can't do anything about it tactic." Adelita said one thing so you side with her or the customer? To make money and their commission, I assume Sam sided with the manager of course. Sam listen to the customer, if Adelita messed up on the price then she messed up. Issac mentioned we were going to talk to his sister, and get the numbers explained again. NEVER HAPPENED, instead got teamed up Marcin, NO numbers were explained once we got there even though Sam said that they make you sign it twice (once on the floor and once in the finance department) so that way if you have buyers remorse you can back out of it. Marcin only explained more about the EXTENDED warranty, after that it was all sign, sign, sign, sign. He did NOT explain any final numbers, questions and anything in those lines. Had we been explained ONCE more we would have known what was on there and just back out of the deal and left and that would be the end of story. anyways WORST experience ever, I honestly think half of these reviews on here are fake. A lot of accounts created under my email, Isaac said we were going to do it together, so I still don't know why he did it all for himself under my email. Isn't that against policy for all the dealer rating sites? So This is the Real Review. I wish I hadn't gone here. please be aware, if you deal with Isaac just make sure you get him to explains what he is making you sign, as for Adelita if she gives you a set price, Fight for it, she probably says it to lure you in but then hides charges to make it seem like you're getting a good deal when you aren't. As for Sam, he possibly won't help you. He wants money and the commission from sales, he will most likely side with his sales people and managers, and find a way to use what you signed against you. Sam be more for the customer and not the money, you're their to help the customer. and finally Marcin in the finance Please make sure he goes over ALL the numbers and not just the extended warranty. He must love to push out extended warranties but not remind people what they are truly signing for. I possibly will take it up to corporate but I figured I share my nightmare.

    Came here this morning with my father to obtain a new vehicle and our experience was like no other. The Customer Sales Representative that helped us was very helpful and made us feel very welcomed.     What a positive experience! I worked with Leon, and he sent me a video of the vehicle after I asked him for some close-up photos. That sealed the deal! I flew to Chicago to buy it and the process was faster than I was expecting. I can't say enough good about Leon.

  • Confused and Totally Chaotic

    I traded in my vehicle for a used vehicle at Berman. This was a one-for-one trade, no cash transaction, no sales tax. You would think that things would have gone smoothly. They did not. First; Once the paperwork was signed I was told that the car I had traded for needed a new battery. No problem.. right? It took three hours for them to do this. Meanwhile I'm waiting and nobody is telling me anything. I'm just hanging around waiting. Finally, a salesperson comes up to me and says, "the service guys all went out to lunch, but they are back and it won't be long." Won't be long? That's what I heard three hours ago. I would have like to have gone out for lunch. I was starving. Finally after about four hours the manager of the store saw me and said aloud, "what are you still doing here??" I was asking myself the same question. I had an appointment in one hour and told him that I needed to get out of there ASAP, or they could just give me my old car back. That did the trick. Twenty minutes later, the car was ready. Never got a straight story on what or why it took so long. This was pure amateur hour. I've honestly never seen anything like it. 4 1/2 hours to get a car ready that was sitting on the lot? Stuff like this does NOT inspire confidence. The car turned out to be an okay vehicle. And had they done a quick turnaround and got me on the road, it would have been a very different story. This was not professional, it lacked in the simple courtesy of keeping me informed. I've had some experiences with dealerships. This is, by far, the worst.
    • I'm not surprised that you have no recollection. The trade was for my 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid for a 2013 Nissan Sentra. It's in your records, for what it's worth.

(cut and paste, if necessary) https://ibb.co/n2d2CQ BTW: Why do you use a header on your forms which lists the location of your dealership being on Irving Park when that location is closed? I did my transaction at the Berman on Kedzie Ave.
