by JP on 03/15/2019Traveled over 3 hours to purchase a specific vehicle that I was looking for. My salesperson, Tara, did a fantastic job. She made it feel like she worked for me and not the dealership through the whole thing. Other salespeople should take… notes on her. The General Manager Tony worked his butt off too making this deal happen. He even went so far as to help with the final detailing of the vehicle before I left with it. I’ve never seen a GM do that before. Ever. Regardless of other reviews out there my recommendation is to deal with Tara and Tony exclusively and you’ll be leaving a damn good review too.Kingdom Chevy
by Ryan on 11/18/2018Overall sales experience was ok. Derrick was my salesman, he was proficient, friendly and helpful - I would give him 5 stars. However, policies of the dealership should make Chevrolet think twice about putting their name plate on the… business. I bought and paid 64k dollars for a Raptor outright, and the dealership was unwilling to fill up the gas tank - the low gas indicator was on. Derrick paid out of his own pocket to avoid the deal falling through. I've bought a lot of cars in my time, I've never seen such a poor gesture from a dealership.Low payments

My credit was not in the best of shape, however, the salesman Cleveland had such a positive attitude and was very patient with me and my mother in… working out a purchase for a vehicle. We test drove many vehicles until we came up with something. He stayed there all night long working with us and was very patient. I never felt as though I was being rushed or like I was irritating him. I just want to thank him for helping and guiding me and my mother along in making the best choice. I know the limit is five stars but if I had my way I would give him 1000 stars! I love my new 2016 Chevy Malibu. Thank you, Cleveland!I had a Great experience.

There was no pressure, I got an AMAZING DEAL, and it just made sense! I walked out comfortable and stress-free about my… decision! I'm so grateful to God for directing me to Lathan, because I was actually suppose to be helped by someone else...but it worked out the way it was suppose too. I accepted the VERY HIGH interest rate of 25% offer from Santander USA bank thinking I had no other option , but it turns out I did( didn't know until now). DO NOT EVER GET A loanFrom… SANTANDER USA - THE ONLY BANK, THAT DOES NOT OFFER Refinancing OVER THE PHONE. YOU HAVE TO GO TO A DEALERSHIP. [non-permissible content removed] !! I went into the dealer to refinance my vehicle on 8/19/17. I had to speak to a salesmen to do this( which is bologna). I spoke w/ Andre Smith. He told me , the finance team said, no banks will refinance my loan & I will have to get another car. I asked how much will the interest be , my credit score, & the value of my car ? Andre could not give me a straight answer & was not honest. Andre stated, "we do not give customers a copy of their credit report & I do not know that info. I stated , I received a copy of my report last year when I bought a car. Per Andre , a lot of people got fired & we no longer used the bank you have your auto loan with" I said why offer me Santander as the lender knowing the high interest they offer ? I can't refinance now because you guys offer me this bad loan & ran my credit 13 times to try to get a sale. I should have just walked away last year . Per Andre , we fired a lot of finance people & salesmen d/t unethical practices. I WAS SOOO MAD , I JUST SAID NO, FORGET IT, I AM leaving. PLEASE, everyone who is looking to buy a car, go in w/ your own finance company , even if your credit is fair to good- You will have better interest rate by shopping around than the offers provided by dealerships. I have read stories about dealerships looking for people to give sub-prime loans to.... They don't care. They just want the sale, but I will report this dealership to the BBB & Lisa Madigan office.New car

by LFROEH11 on 12/08/2016This dealership is stealing my identity. I have NEVER contacted them about buying a car. So tell me why it is that my credit report is FULL of inquiries from this dealership? Because they are [non-permissible content removed] who are… trying to take out credit in my name. I contacted them and informed them to provide authorization for running my credit (and inquired about how they got my information in the first place) and the response I got? An e-mail instructing me to ACT NOW because I will lose the loan they started for me. (I NEVER STARTED A LOAN! I NEVER REQUESTED A LOAN! I am not even TRYING TO BUY A CAR!!!) They themselves confirmed they are acting illegally. One day they will be sued for every penny they are worth (or arrested) and every person will be out of a job. I can only wish it would happen a bit sooner rather than later. Trying to figure out my next steps so I can be the one to do it. All of their illegal activity is documented in my credit report and they have ZERO proof to demonstrate any of it was authorized by me. The cherry on the sundae? They use the better business bureau logo in their e-mails/website artwork. If you actually look this place up on the Better Business Bureau website? They aren't accredited at all. It's a straight up lie. In fact, BBB writes about this place: "A recent review of consumer complaints filed with the BBB of Chicago and Northern Illinois against this company, and it's affiliate Western Ave. Nissan, delineates a pattern of consumer allegations. The BBB has reviewed a total of 77 complaints, 39 of which belong to Kingdom Chevrolet. Twenty five of these complaints allege their car had issues 1-20 days after purchase or service. To date we have not heard back from the company regarding the pattern of consumer allegations. The BBB will continue to monitor complaints, but advises any consumer to be aware of this business and the pattern of consumer allegations."Unsatisfied customer

Last year, when he sold me my first car, a 2013 Chrysler 200, he mentioned that if I held the car for 11 months then I will build my credit… enough to get my dream car (2015 Dodge Charger). After months of on time payments, Mr. Perry successfully got me in the car of my dreams and even assisted me in raising my credit score with his guidance. I am very appreciative that everything went smoothly and as planned, I just wish my visit could have been a bit shorter than 3 hours.awesome service

He assisted me throughout everything I needed. Even when things were a bit… mixed up he made sure everything was perfect and he helped me a lot.
