    Allan was very helpful when scheduling my appointment. Since he wasn't going to be in on the day I was there he "coached" me on what to tell the advisor upon arrival. Kathy was attentive and helpful. When a brake problem was discovered… she thoroughly explained the situation and then was able to get it fixed during my same visit.

    Internet/email initial contact. Got a quick response from Areal at Bill Kay Honda. Price quote was clear, detailed and acceptable. Further communication regarding sale and delivery was exceptional. Areal Serrano made the entire process… seamless. I had requested quotes from several dealers within 200 miles of my residence, and had either phone, email and even one face to face meeting in my purchase search. Bill Kay Honda was by far the most easy to deal with and worth my 3 hr drive to finalize the deal and bring home a new Honda Pilot Elite.

    I scheduled an appointment on line for an oil change. I live in 35 minutes away but I purchased my CRV from Bill Kay Honda. Everyone was so nice that I decided that the drive was worth it. I waited two hours for the service to be completed… and was getting very frustrated and impatient. I knew I made a mistake and would keep my business closer to home. After talking with Sam Rios, who was very apologetic and talked to me very calmly and respectfully, I changed my mind. He ended up not charging me for the oil change and kept a customer. I hope you appreciate him. I know I did. Thanks Sam!
