Quick fast and easy
just awesome
by joep on 07/22/2019I want everyone to know that the only place in the Chicagoland area to buy a new truck is Advantage Chevrolet of Bollingbrook from the very beginning to the end they were flat out awesome they never tried to sell me something that I was not… interested in I told Barry Khatib the sales man exactly what I wanted and that's exactly what he showed me he never put pressure on me to buy anything and made me feel very comfortable and welcome when I decided to buy my new truck he made everything feel so easy. when it was time to talk to the finance guy he introduced me to Ryan Sitter and let me say that he is by far in all my 42 years of life is the very best and honest finance guy I have ever met most of the time their just trying to get you in and out of the office before you realize that you didn't"t get what you wanted and your payment is not what was promised not Ryan he made sure that you understood everything and felt comfortable with every aspect of the sale . Love my new truck!
by JDeWitte on 07/16/2019I had my mind set that I knew exactly what I was looking for before coming in to Advantage Chevy. Since we live in Milwaukee I called first with some questions and spoke to Tom the internet manager, who answered everything. When I got to… the dealership Tom set us up with our salesman Bob Burchette and provided him the information we had talked about on the phone and the exact truck I had inquired about so Bob knew right off the bat exactly what I was looking for. Bob showed us a few other trucks too and I'm glad he did because it helped me see the pros and cons to the truck I had my eye on. In the end I still went with the truck I came there looking for, except with a larger cab... which I never would've considered if Bob hadn't shown us various options! Bob listened to us, he knew I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and didn't try to oversell the deal or try to make me change my mind - I already had my mind made up and he respected that and worked with me to narrow it down to which specific truck I was going to take. Ryan Sitter, the finance guy was great. Straight to the point, and didn't try to sell us something different every time he turned a page like we've experienced with purchases at other dealerships. Overall process was smooth, no surprises - from the time I called before going to the dealership to the time we walked out there was never any backpedaling or contradiction. Great Selection and Great Service

With the help of Joe Grahovec, who was knowledgeable at courteous, I was able to find a truck that met all my needs and… wants.....and at a fair price. He is well worth the rate, he is always in a great mood and makes the car buying experience very smooth… and easy. There are not used car salesmen pitches with him. Esgar was very friendly and gave me options. He kept in contact with me until I came back. He had the… car that I was interested in already pulled up. He worked with me and my family.
