Excellent Service from Start to Finish

From Tom (Internet Sales), replying to our online inquiry quickly, Gary (Showroom Salesman) showing and explaining to us all the features of the car… we were interested in from bumper to bumper, and Ryan (Finance Manager) for quickly getting our paperwork approved and processed to get us out the door. by marko on 02/14/2021Experience was smooth, the finance manger Ryan S and Sales Paolo S did a amazing job at getting me a good rate for the car i wanted even though my credit wasn't the best. Going i thought i wasn't going to get approved or end up getting the… car but in the end it all went really well they didn't try to upsell me on anything it was straight forward. I ended up with the car i came in to get and my experience was great. Recommend anyone in the Bolingbrook area to look at that dealer.Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We were there an hour and half. Most places have you there the entire day. Or at least… 4 hours. This was good old fashion customer service. The staff (Andre - sales and Ryan - finance manager) were excellent, very… knowledgeable, and provided a no hassle environment. The staff was very cordial and very friendly and they worked their best to get us the best deal. My wife and I also brought our 1.5 year old daughter with us and to say the least, she was everywhere, into everything, and loud! Nobody cared, they just laughed at her antics and would say "hi" to her in passing. In all, probably one of the best dealerships I've ever been to. by Celina Favela on 01/27/2021Nov 3, 2020 My husband and I came to Advantage Chevy of Bolingbrook because my husband seen a CERTIFIED 2017 Chevy suburban ( he liked online. We drove about 50 minutes to see it. Test drove it around the block. Spoke to the salesman. We… ended up purchasing it. Right when we drove it off the lot, we entered the expressway and we heard a hush of wind coming from the drivers door! Very loud! The dealership had already closed so we couldn't go back. During this weekend, we find there quite a few things wrong with this vehicle. Both of our keys aren't working (very worn out btw) but the truck wasn't reading them. It said, "remote not detected" when both were inside the vehicle. We purchased good batteries to replace and to this day, it still won't completely shut off the vehicle. Next, the drivers door and back passengers door look like it was replaced and not replaced correctly. The paint looks off. (Car fax was clean when we purchased) Anyways, My husband called, spoke to the service manager, Eric. He drove another 50 minutes to take it back into the service department. They had it for days! We both came back. My husband pointed out that the service manager Eric was right there. I expected to speak to him, instead he ignored us. No hi, no explanation of what they fixed, etc. The receptionist was very nice and we signed paperwork. We left and entered the expressway and guess what? We heard WIND AGAIN!... Turned back around and went straight into the service dep. My husband asked for eric and eric came out and was looking at the door. Told us to bring the truck back after thanksgiving Nov 26. At this point I'm annoyed. Took in in like 2 more times. Put all those miles on this vehicle just driving back and forth to the darn dealership. Just so that nothing is fixed. They basically tell us oh well, we can't find the problem so that's all on you. It's Jan 27, 2021 and still having problems and no one has contacted us. I have never been to a dealership this disrespectful and don't truly care. It's like good luck to you after you buy a vehicle. No one has called up to see how everything is doing, as courtesy. Mike Anderson in Merrville has always made sure we were happy and called us immediately if we weren't. It was bad luck buying this "certified" vehicle at this dealership. I will never do business with them and I've notified all of our friends and family about this place. Save your energy. I've heard that this isn't the first time something like this or rude service has happened at Advantage of Bolingbrook.Your feedback has been forwarded on to our team and we are currently looking into this matter.

I started my conversations with the Internet Sales Manager Jim Galbraith and and then I worked with the onsite salesman Esgar Murillo. Both of these gentlemen were… very polite and professional We worked out a price and neither of them tried to upsell me or add any fees that were not previously disclosed. The finance manager mentioned the warranty that you could purchase and I declined and there was no pushy sales pitch from him either. Esgar showed us how everything worked on the truck and answered all of our questions. He even texted us to make sure we made it home all right. Not only was the service excellent but their pricing on a Silverado 2500 HD was way below other dealerships. Other dealerships that I contacted put every conceivable discount available even though 90% of the customers would not be eligible for them. The internet price that Advantage Chevrolet showed was only the discounts that all customers were eligible for and the quoted price was what you payed along with their documentation fee, taxes, title, and license. I would recommend that you check this dealership out. It was definitely worth the 154 mile ride for me. Best car buying experience ever!

Jim Galbraith was the internet sales person I first person I spoke with, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We agreed on a purchase price… and they held the car so I could fly in the next day to get it. I was met at the airport by Victor Riley who drove me to the dealership to look over and test drive the car. Victor was amazing and very helpful, great person. Once all the paperwork was complete I met with Ryan Sitter the finance manager. This portion of the purchase was also super easy and we got a great deal on this car. Ryan was great and efficient. The whole process took maybe 2 hours once I got to the dealership and I was on the road to home. Daughter loves her new car, thanks Advantage Chevrolet!!!Your kind words mean a lot to us.
