    This is the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever had. I chose Grand Subaru initially because they were the closest Subaru dealership to my home, and I knew where the dealership was. I checked out their inventory online to see what Subaru's were available on their lot for purchase. They have a nice selection of vehicles. I decided to look at a Subaru Outback. Subaru was offering a 50-dollar Visa gift card coming in and test driving an Outback. Subarus have been getting good reviews by Edmunds and other car review sites. I had a Toyota before, and Subaru has similar safety technology. The internet sale rep Chris emailed me information about the 2024 Outback Touring I ultimately purchased. He gave me a price quote on it. I checked the how the price I was given to the price that Edmunds suggested I pay. I found the price to lower than what even Edmunds suggested. I put a refundable to deposit down to hold the vehicle until I could come in the test drive it. I when arrived at the dealership I was greeted warmly another sales associate that paged Chris to showroom. Chris came and we talked for a little bit. I looked the Outback on the showroom floor and Chris got the Outback we discussed in the price quote. I look it for a test drive. We then discussed the price and total cost of vehicle. Something that I liked that all dealerships should do is, that after generating my credit score. They gave me what my payments would be with various downpayment options. I found this to be helpful. We reached an agreement on the price. The price I was quoted along with the tax, license and registration fees were what I was quoted originally. After that he took me up to the finance department. The finance associate Al was really nice and easy to work with. I signed the paperwork. Afterwards we went over more of the technology on the vehicle. I was driving a rental car and was able to make arrangements to the Outback delivered to my home. The people that dropped my Outback off were also very nice. I am happy that they were to deliver it to my home.

    It’s hands down the best car buying experience we’ve had. Chase Dahm- the sales manager was very attentive, respectful and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and provided us with relevant information and helped us to find the best car for our budget without being overly pushy. The whole process was very efficient, Chase and the rest of the team streamlined the buying process where paperwork and negotiations are handled efficiently. Grand Subaru is an hour away from us but it’s worth the drive to have a positive experience and a great deal to match.

    Both Afiza & Jorge were a great help with our decision to purchase a Forester on our first visit. Afiza helped us through the whole process from comparing the different packages offered on the Forester to answering all our questions and concerns. Financing went surprisingly quickly and never a sense of high-pressure from Afiza in sales or Chelsey in finance. Before we left with our new Forester, we were shown around the dealership and then introduced to the service dept. I have to say this was one of our best experiences ever buying a new vehicle at a dealership and highly recommend Grand Subaru .........

    This is our 4th car purchase/lease from Grand Subaru. Worked with Anthony, who asked us what our needs were, and was able to meet those needs in a very timely fashion. Extremely satisfied with the whole process, will be back again for our 5th when the time comes.

He was easy to work with and did a great job in meeting my goals. I' will refer him to everyone and will go to him when the lease is up.

    There are not enough words to say how amazing Grand Subaru made the process of purchasing a vehicle. I was dreading having to buy a new car from past experiences, but they completely changed my outlook on the entire process. Everyone was so friendly, they explained every piece so thoroughly: about all the car features and test driving, the application process and add on warranty packages, the finance paperwork, etc. We were in and out in way less time than I ever could have anticipated, they had all of the documents ready for us! Cannot thank each of these individuals enough for making this process so seamless.

From the moment I expressed interest in the car through Edmunds website, I was impressed by hte exceptional service I received from Ramon Citron, the Internet Sales Manager. Ramon was responsive and attentive throughout the entire process. He promptly responded to my initial inquiry and guided me through each step with patience and expertise. His genuine interest in understanding my needs and preferences made me feel valued as a customer. From the moment I drove the Solterra, I was immediately impressed by its performance, comfort, and sleek design. It was love at first sight. After our test drive, Ramon and I sat down to discuss the pricing and finalize the deal. The negotiation process was fair, transparent, and hassle-free.     Anthony was able to get me the car I wanted months in advance. I appreciate the fact that he knew exactly what I wanted and reached out as soon as the car was on the lot. Jason was able to walk me through the car a second time to make sure all my questions were answered. Both went above and beyond to help me and had no problem having the kids hang around.

    Taking over 4 hrs to do the deal is by design, meant to wear you down for the "upgrade" sell for thousands more. Disrespected my request to help me beat traffic home, dragged it out by intent. Then wants me to give all 10's on net promoter score, what a joke. Go somewhere else.

    - and I've been to almost all of them. This is the third car I've leased through Grand. Belive me, I shop around. I never get a better deal anywhere - not even close. Nealy is wonderful and the main reason I keep coming back. She and Sandy are wonderful at their jobs. It's too bad more salespeople aren't like them. But Grand is the best!

    I worked with Anthony LaPorte on a 2014 Buick Lacrosse Premium AWD they had on the lot. I stopped in on Monday about 4:30-5pm. Everything started off great, he had the car all ready for me, he was friendly and professional, and we took the car out for a test drive. The car gave me a Driver Assist Service Needed Warning during my Test drive. Once back at the dealership, the CarFax report said on 04/13/2021 the Transmission was serviced and again on 05/22/2021. Then Grand Subaru noted 09/13/2022 the transmission was "Seeping" on their Used Car Inspection. I was advised the Transmission issue had been "addressed". That evening, I gave Anthony my purchase offer, however the service department and the Used Car Sales Manager were not in to address my questions, concerns nor my offer amount. So I arranged with Anthony to come back the next day about 12:30pm, providing we had addressed all the issues I gave him the evening prior and agreed on the purchase terms by 11:30am, when I had a ride available to drive me to the Dealership 45 mins away. At 11:20a is when he updated me. He made zero attempt to address my concerns, he gave me the same answers he had the evening before. They were not going to address any issues nor do anything on the price at this point. The service department would not talk to my mechanic nor give me any details of where the transmission was "seeping" (which means, to anyone except them, it IS leaking just not a lot) nor what they did to "address" the issue. They would not offer any warranty (I requested 30 days in writing and signed) on the transmission leak (since they claim it's been addressed, this shouldn't have been an issue on a car with 117K miles on it). I said I was out of the deal and wanted a refund on my deposit. Only then did a Manager offer me $300.00 off their asking price and tried to do a sales fast talk to me. Than they told me I was being unreasonable because I wasn't getting what I wanted from them (I never cursed nor yelled, I just held firm on my purchase terms and that hurt their feelings). To add to the situation, I back in the market to purchase a new to me car. While searching, the car came up again 4 hours after I backed out of the deal, they dropped their price another $100.00, below what they offered me. I will give them one credit, they did refund my $500.00 deposit, in full, within an hour or so. I was pleased with that from them.

    Absolutely amazed with Grand Subaru and their great help! I am still very happy with the car i walked away with, a 2023 Crosstrek. It is an amazing car. Nealy was very great help to me and the whole process from start to end. She is a very nice, kind and professional sales person. Her colleagues were also very nice and helpful to me. I am so beyond thrilled with my experience and the brand new car i have now. I highly recommend this place. Subaru makes great cars and offers great service. This is my first Subaru and the other two brand of cars i have driven prior don't even come close to the quality and professionalism as Subaru does. Go Subaru!!
