My only issue was that there was an additional charge to put my luggage rack crossbars back on the vehicle. I was not informed of… this when I asked for the bars to be removed before winter.Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us! Yay you have female service agents

Also the manager with the South African accent is cool and smooth. Can listen to him talk all day. Excellent… choice along with hiring more women. Your NPS and DEI scores just went positively off the charts for me.
