Everything great except the PRICE and waiting room
by Henri on 02/24/2023the best thing was the professional service representative who handled my service and walked me through everything and the actual work done on the vehicle, this is a very expensive service be ready to spend $500+ for the inspection and new… windshield wipers, oil change, filters and "special fuel additive". On a side note: a few of the features listed they would have in the waiting room were unavailable or not working when I was there.Henri, I appreciate you leaving this honest feedback about your experience. Oil, filter and tire rotate
by Roger on 01/31/2023I had difficulty bringing my daughter’s car in for an oil change and rotate as the schedule was booked for over a week(other cars were booked including some from Rosen and Patrick…which is a fact). As a return customer that has purchased… many Hyundais from Elgin for well over a decade, there should be some type of preferred customer status for just standard maintenance. Possibly something that you can address when the additional 10 or so bays are available when the new dealership building is finished.Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback.
