by bryyan50 on 10/04/2021Had a great experience purchasing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and working with Keith Miller throughout the process. Scheduled a test drive online for the following day on a vehicle that still showed it was still being delivered to the… dealer. Was contacted by Keith later that afternoon to confirm plans for the next day, and he mentioned that the car had just been delivered to the dealership. We were in the area later that day and stopped by unnanounced just to see if we could take a look. Keith immediately met us and took us outside to take a look at the car (BTW, slate-blue pearl is drop-dead gorgeous). I asked if there was any way we could take a test drive that day...he mentioned they have to do a post-delivery inspection but that we could make it work. Two hours later, I had a brand-new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X!!! Couldn't be happier with Keith for making it all happen so smoothly, this is my fifth car and I've never been so impressed by a dealership. Very low-pressure and relaxed, yet professional. Can't recommend Wickstrom or Keith any higher!!!!We're so happy the Wickstrom Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram team made this such a memorable experience for you, Keith!
