I had a great experience with my car purchase! Don was so helpful and was very patient with me. The process was easy, fast, and completely stress-free. I got a great car at a great price, and everything went smoothly from start… to finish. Highly recommend!!

Eric Jensen in sales is my go to guy, he helps me find what I am looking for instead of pushing a vehicle they are… trying to get off the lot like all the other dealerships do. From the moment I first contacted the dealer via email to the time I drove off the lot they were nothing but helpful, informative, and truly caring that I enjoyed the car I was… buying. Toby Holtz was immediately available by email, which was helpful during busy work hours, and he went above and beyond to take pictures, wash the car before arriving, and even stayed late to work through the purchase with me. The facilities was stunning, it did away with the typical dealer feel. Cameras were zoomed in on the clean service areas so you could watch while lounging in the waiting area, or drinking their free soft drinks, the sales area was open to always see what was going on during the sale process, and they don't have the awkward financial office where they try to push you into things you don't need or want. The selection of cars is huge, the location is convenient, and the attention to customers without being pushed into a deal you are uncomfortable with was by far the best part. I will, and already have, told my friends and family of this dealer and Toby, and will most certainly be back in the future.Recent purchase

by rcart21 on 05/17/2016I wanted to extend a positive note regarding our latest experience at Wickstrom. 3 weeks ago, my wife and I came in to lease a new Ford Edge. We had the pleasure of meeting with Ashley Feck. It was definitely one of the best sales/car… buying experiences we have had. Ashley was knowledgeable and made recommendations based on our needs/wants and suggested the perfect Edge for my wife that fit within out budget. We were in and out within 2, or so hours. I, then, had "new car envy". So, I reached out to Ashley to gain some knowledge about leasing a Jeep Wrangler. With all the questions that I had (and it was a lot), she promptly answered them for me without hesitation. Most recently, I made an appointment and came in this past Saturday to meet with Ashley. Again, based off my "want" list, she suggested the perfect Jeep, with exactly what I wanted...and within my price range/budget. She listens to the customers and makes note of their requests. It was an awesome experience to say the least. I have to admit, I did some shopping around last Friday and visited 2 other dealers just to get some pricing and test drive a manual transmission. Both of those experiences were sub-par as one sales guy was disengaged and didn't even show me what I wanted to see. Needless to say, I left there quickly. The other dealer was very pushy and kept calling after I left and texting me...not how I like to do business. I will highly recommend Wickstrom to friends, family, and neighbors in the future...and most definitely to ask for Ashley when they come in. We will definitely visit Wickstrom again in 3 years when our leases are over and hope Ashley is still on board to work with her again.New Wrangler Unlimited Sahara

I was hesitant to work with a dealership in person instead of searching on the internet, but after working with Renee Burley I am confident that I will ALWAYS come back… to see her for anything I need. She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and an absolute delight to work with for my needs. She made sure to go over all of my options and made everything painless. This is an important and a large purchase so its vital that it is done right so I did my research, visited… some dealers, and asked contacts for referrals. Wickstrom was referred by a colleague who is a satisfied customer and as luck would have it they had the car I was looking for so I went in and the experience was pleasantly surprising. The NO stress and NO pressure environment made the whole experience enjoyable, I came in and told them that I had already arranged financing, they said no problem, then we went for a test drive and we closed the deal. Tony DiPaulo walked me through the entire process and was key to creating the NO stress environment and the overall very positive purchasing experience. He even gave me a courtesy ride from the dealership.Great experience

I have had multiple friends purchase their vehicles through the Wickstrom dealership (4… jeeps). My family has also bought 3 jeeps from them as well. Andy McCormick and Chris Moose ( managers) have been nothing but exceptional during all 11 vehicle purchases and the support around each one of them. Great test track for 4 wheel drive vehicles ( only one around ). Wickstom makes you feel like family and in the world we live in today, this goes a long way with me.Great place to buy a car.

I worked with Eric on the purchase of our '16 Jeep GC. He was professional, worked with me, and… took care of us every step of the way. We looked at used vehicles at Wickstrom, dealt with the stereotypical… dealers who advertise vehicles they do not have, and as a result of our frustration, we rethought our plans and came to speak with Chris at Wickstrom once again, only now we were interested in a new Jeep. He found exactly what we wanted and for a great price. Once our decision was made, Chris ensured a seamless process from start to finish. We plan on looking at another vehicle in the next couple of months and there is only one dealer and one person we will seek out without hesitation.
