Jared and wickstrom Jeep took the extra steps to make sure we got the best deal possible and went the extra mile with service- including shampooing our kids car seats when they were prepping our new jeep!

They are only interested in getting you what you want, not what they want… to sell you. The sales staff is top notch, from the Sales Manager all the way though Finance and the Sales force on the floor. I have purchased many new cars in my life, and without a doubt, Wickstrom is number one in my book. They have a great selection to choose from, or they will find what you want. If you want a new car, do yourself a favor and head to Wickstrom Dodge, Jeep. You will NOT regret your decision.Very please with our experience!

Tony DiPaulo was very professional, courteous, and great to work with. We traveled 4 hrs to buy… this vehicle sight unseen, and were quite apprehensive going into it. Tony put us completely at ease. He looked over the vehicle and assured me there were no issues before we made our trip. We rode the train in from out of state and Tony picked us up at the station, in our soon-to-be vehicle. We found the vehicle to be just as he had claimed... in extremely good condition. The dealership was one of the nicest I have been in. The transaction went smoothly and efficiently. All involved were very kind, efficient and professional. I would definitely do business with them again. All dealers could take note on how it is done by Wickstrom Auto Group. by Bikefifty on 09/15/2017Having bought cars for over 50 years, I have to say this was the most customer friendly experience I have ever had. Wickstrom Auto Group and my sales agent Eric Jensen went out of their way to make our buying experience very satisfying.… We were looking for a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid and we had been to 5 other dealers before we got to Eric and Wickstrom. The other 5 dealers were either unpleasant to deal with or did not have the car we were looking for. In searching the inventory of dealers in the area, it looked like Wickstrom had what we were looking for. I sent a message to the dealership and Eric got back to me in a very short time with a picture and description of the car they had on the lot. We talked on the phone and even though it was his day off, Eric said he would drive out to us (25 miles one way) for a test drive. When he got here, and we had said we would be interested in buying the car, he left the Hybrid with us while he drove our trade in back to the dealership for an appraisal and then back to us. We agreed on the price for both the trade in and the new car on the spot. We met Eric and his finance guy at Eric's desk the next day. There was no high pressure sales pitch for any additional coverage and we concluded the paper work in about 30 minutes. Eric showed us the features of the car and we were off and driving with a full charge on the battery and a full tank of gas. We like the car and would recommend Eric and Wickstrom Auto Group as a place to look for your next car. This was a 5 star experience. Bob Williams/ Huntley, ILBest dealership in Chicago

I bought a used certified Jeep Cherokee and my initial interaction was… with Renee Burley. Just as I requested she gave me a price via email with the window stickers for transparency. I then noticed a used car on their lot that was a fantastic deal, so I ended up working with Don DiPaulo to finalize the deal and purchase the car. I was in and out in under 2 hrs with no shady tactics by finance or the salesman. Best car buying experience I have ever had.Great experience
