From buying to issues most recently with the… vehicle they have gone above and beyond and have kept me a promoter and repeat customer for time to come. We loved the car we ended up with! Jared stayed within our budget and… didn't try to sell us above our means or what we didn't need or want, which was super important to us since we had other bad experiences at other dealers (not Jeep) that didn't respect or listen to our wishes. by Jraffa on 04/26/2021From the moment we walked in, till the moment we drove away with our used Jeep Grand Cherokee, my wife and I were taken care of. Jared was very straight forward and upfront about all of the costs. He let us test drive two different… vehicles and showed us all the bells and whistles that come with a newer car (since we are used to old clunkers). He steered us away from vehicles that were out of our price range, or had too many miles, or unnecessary add-ons and brought us to the vehicle that fit our needs the best. The finance manager, David was able to get us within the APR range we wanted, and gave us all of the details on different warranty types. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to be treated with great customer service and honesty & integrity. Eric knew our family situation and knew with a newborn we didn’t have hours to spend at the dealership. He provided us several financial options… which allowed us to make the best decision.
