    The dealership and a lot of vehicle options. Cody made my experience very comfortable and easy. I went in for a truck but I can put with a trax and fell in love with it. Cody showed me options and didn’t limit me to certain vehicles

    Jack Mercado, my sales person, was and is a very personable and genuine man. He was not pushy or demanding throughout the entire process of building, ordering and negotiating my truck. He and the sales manager treated me fair. Jack is definitely an asset to Knudtsen Chevrolet.

    When the car I went there to look at a car that I liked but had an issue, the sales person found another that met what I wanted. They were very professional and made the experience as painless as possible.

    How friendly and courteous the staff is, and how I was not pushed into making a purchase. Butch Rothe and the rest of the staff are great. They go out of their way to make sure they are well informed about the vehicles they sell and have pride in the Knudtsen Chevrolet. There is no "BS" and are courteous and allow the buyer to thoroughly look at the vehicle or vehicles to make a decision. I would definitely return to make another purchase and would recommend Knudtsen to family, friends or to anyone.

    Leon was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Pleasently surprised at how quick Dan covered paperwork and how well. Service was quick and inclusive. We were never told no. Matched with exact vehicle we wanted.

    When I arrived I had no idea where I was to go, but your salesman Butch stepped up, asked if he could help me. He then took my car to the service department then came back and took me there also. During the time my car was being check, he came by to make sure things were going ok and if I needed anything. Later, I decided I would like to look at some of the used cars that were available on the lot, and Butch took the time to not only show me on paper what was there, but helped me to pick one that would be perfect for the place I live. He listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and showed me things on the car that I would need to know in the future. He was a joy to work with. You are fortunate to have him on your staff. He cares about the customer and their need. I would definitely send my friend to him, and I know he would do an amazing job for them too.

    The gentleman that I dealt with was Butch. He asked me right away what I don't want. He didn't show me those. He was knowledgeable and professional. Best experience I have ever had buying a car anywhere. Hands down Knudtsen fan for life.

    every one was very friendly and comfortable to be around. All were helpful and informative. Very clean dealership. Had a good time, no pressure to speak of.

    The staff was great, very personable and knowledgeable. My hats off to Leon he was friendly and patient. He was great with my 3 year old son(who was not happy to be there at all) he made several attempts to cheer him up and finally was successful with candy! As we all know with little kids candy fixes everything thing! He also made the whole buying experience fun, easy and as swift as possible know my son was ready to go home. Bob in finance was also great very knowledgeable and went through all the paper work swiftly while covering everything thing. Eric thank you for your great staff and the opportunity to purchase with you!

    You didn't try to mess with us. I told you what I wanted over the phone and you had the deal by the time we got there. Fastest car buying experience we've ever had.

    How the salesman went the extra-mile to help find us a vehicle. Especially appreciated when he took the time to explain the "gadgets" in the newly purchased truck and even got our "Bluetooth" paired with our cell phone! That was nice. The whole deal hinged on whether or not we got the payoff price plus more for our trade-in sealed the deal too. Dan in the finance department who took care of our final closing paper session was also helpful and since we had dealt with him previously, it was nice to see a familiar face and we were able to "chat" with him too. Knudtsen Chevrolet has earned its name and reputation with our family. It was a pleasure doing business with a friendly and business-like company.

    We purchased our Suburban through Knudtsen Chevrolet with no hastle! The price was better than any other dealership around in the local area and we were not forced into anything we didn't want. Financing was simple as well and we were in and out w/ in 10 minutes. Most time was spent on test driving! Thanks Knudtsen Chevrolet!!!

    I am 27 and this is my first time buying a car with decent credit. Decided to go in and specifically asked for the Chevy Spark. 2 colors it came in; salsa red and black. I asked why the price difference, the guy didn't know. I asked him more questions (because I did my research) and he was impressed and STILL didn't answer my questions. When I asked him what was the incentive for buying the car on the lot versus waiting for the car I wanted at Lake City... he said "you get free car washes." I was pre-approved for 15k, but wanted to negotiate. I told him "on the website it's valued at 13,995... can we work around that?" He said no. I brought my mother in because she has worked with loans before and also she is one tough lady. We noticed they taxed on 800 dollars for the destination fee. When asked to negotiate to take it off he said no. My mother responds, "I don't get it, I never had to pay in all my years of buying cars (she is over 50...) the dealership would always take that off." He responds, "Oh well.... you paid for it, just never realized it." We asked him to negotiate just for laughs and giggles and he said, "I know for a fact that they will not bring it down, but I will go because you asked me to." He went to the back, talked to a few of his buddies and laughed around and came back with a definitive no. I told him that I really wanted the car and that I was willing to buy it if we could chop off some money. He still refused. He was even surprised there were 2014 models on the lot! Overall... he was cocky, arrogant, and [non-permissible content removed]. If it was just my mother I am sure he would have been even worse. I just sat there when he told my mother that she was wrong... never tell a loan manager for a bank branch for over 25+ years that she is wrong. Just because of one arrogant man I will not go back.
