Appointments are worthless
by RumDomRum on 09/14/2023Doesn't matter what you have scheduled, it will not be worked on close to that time at all. Sometimes not even the same day. Oil changes take many hours. Check engine light

They go out of their way to make sure they are well informed about the vehicles they sell and have… pride in the Knudtsen Chevrolet. There is no "BS" and are courteous and allow the buyer to thoroughly look at the vehicle or vehicles to make a decision. He then took my car to the service department then came back and took me there also. During the time my car was being check, he… came by to make sure things were going ok and if I needed anything. Later, I decided I would like to look at some of the used cars that were available on the lot, and Butch took the time to not only show me on paper what was there, but helped me to pick one that would be perfect for the place I live. He listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and showed me things on the car that I would need to know in the future. He was a joy to work with. You are fortunate to have him on your staff. He cares about the customer and their need. I would definitely send my friend to him, and I know he would do an amazing job for them too.Best Day Ever

He was great with my 3 year old son(who was not happy to be there at all) he made several attempts to cheer him up and finally was… successful with candy! As we all know with little kids candy fixes everything thing! He also made the whole buying experience fun, easy and as swift as possible know my son was ready to go home. Bob in finance was also great very knowledgeable and went through all the paper work swiftly while covering everything thing.
