    My Equinox diesel displayed a warning light for low DEF. We filled it up, but the light wouldn’t reset. I called Taylor &Sons service, they couldn’t schedule me for 2 weeks (it was time for an oil change as well). I told them we needed the car for a trip this weekend and they suggested I drop the car off and leave it there until it could be looked at. We have another car, so we did that. Short version- they worked her in and did the oil change and other maintenance as well - I had the car back a day before our trip.

    A frequent traveler, I've stopped at several dealership service centers throughout the continental U.S. for oil change/tire rotation services and one minor check engine light for my 2022 Silverado 1500. Unlike the other stops, the service provided by Taylor & Sons was disappointing. No multi-point inspection form provided and while the tires were rotated, they did not reinflate to manufacturer specifications. Moreover, as you drive in to the service bay, there were stacked tires everywhere and the service rep seemed to be overemphasizing my tread wear was down to 6/32". It all felt a bit salesmanship and unnecessary, not what I have traditionally experienced from other service centers.

    They treated me like a valued customer. Gave me their best advice concerning the expensive replacement of the transmission and provided us with a courtesy car while our SUV was in the shop for a week. Excellent service on every issue!
