Aaron was easy and pleasant to work with very knowledgeable. Alexus was just as great in the finance office. We would recommend Taylor & Sons Chevrolet to anyone for their great pricing and customer service (thanks Lauren). It’s was… worth the drive from Spokane.

Check engine warning
by Lauriej on 10/03/2024My Equinox diesel displayed a warning light for low DEF. We filled it up, but the light wouldn’t reset. I called Taylor &Sons service, they couldn’t schedule me for 2 weeks (it was time for an oil change as well). I told them we needed the… car for a trip this weekend and they suggested I drop the car off and leave it there until it could be looked at. We have another car, so we did that. Short version- they worked her in and did the oil change and other maintenance as well - I had the car back a day before our trip.Disappointing Tradescraft
by rws1500 on 02/27/2024A frequent traveler, I've stopped at several dealership service centers throughout the continental U.S. for oil change/tire rotation services and one minor check engine light for my 2022 Silverado 1500. Unlike the other stops, the service… provided by Taylor & Sons was disappointing. No multi-point inspection form provided and while the tires were rotated, they did not reinflate to manufacturer specifications. Moreover, as you drive in to the service bay, there were stacked tires everywhere and the service rep seemed to be overemphasizing my tread wear was down to 6/32". It all felt a bit salesmanship and unnecessary, not what I have traditionally experienced from other service centers.Tyler & Sons Chevrolet

by tomt8 on 03/24/2010I went to look at a used car at Taylor Parker today with the usual caution that one approaches a car dealership. I found the sales staff helpful and friendly. After driving the specific car I had come to see, the sales manager looked… over my trade-in and made me a surprisingly generous trade-in offer on it. The car I wanted to buy was already competitively priced, but I made a slightly lower offer as the top amount I wanted to pay. The offer was accepted and the deal was made. Without even haggling, they subtracted a few required fees from my sales price so I was able to walk out of there without having to pay the fees on top of the sales price (maybe another $100 or so). Then they filled the gas tank before I drove home with the car. I cannot tell you with how impressed I was with the friendly, low-pressure, car-buying experience I had at Taylor-Parker Chevrolet and recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.No pressure, good prices and service

Each time I've been in, they've gone above and beyond in order to help me out. I usually don't enjoy… dealerships, but because Taylor & Sons doesn't put any pressure on the buyer, there's no awkwardness when trying to buy a vehicle or get your vehicle serviced. They're honest, accommodating, and very professional. I also like their facility. It's brand new and comfortable for me and my family. Plenty to do while you're waiting and even some drinks and treats for the kids. I will continue going here for all my maintenance and vehicle purchases. Give them a try, they'll impress you too!
