Sam Priest was Excellent!

She knows about every feature of the Outback we were looking at as well as practical everyday use. We… looked at a number of cars before deciding on the one we bought. My wife and I went to Phil Meador to look fora CPO car and came away with an excellent purchase. We’re very happy with our Outback and had an enjoyable experience at the dealership overall. They even have a dog play area which helped while we were inspecting and checking out the features of our new car. It was a friendly, no pressure experience. Thanks Sam!exceptional experience

We appreciate Sam’s no pressure… sales style and attention to details. Sam has made our car purchasing experiences hassles free and stress free. by Della on 05/10/2021I have rarely found a salesman I enjoyed working with until now. And I really give reviews. I had the pleasure of working with Samantha at Phil Meador Subaru in Pocatello. She was so great to show us the used and new Subarus. Showing us… the different styles and what They had to offer. She seemed very knowledgeable about the cars. I really appreciated that she did not feel like a pushy salesman. She took her time with us and did not push for an answer or push to reschedule a time to be there or come back. My daughter and son-in-law came with me to look at cars and even he said he would come back to her to find a car. I ended up buying a new car and even that processing seemed easier than I’ve ever had before. It felt like a friendly atmosphere to me. After the paperwork was done she went through the outside and inside of the car. When she went through all the controls on the inside, of which she was well aware that it would take more than once to understand everything and offered calls and for me to come back and get help as many times as it took. We were also introduced to the people in the service department as well. The whole office did feel very friendly to me.Amazing service!

In fact the whole staff made us feel like we were part of the Subaru family. We… had our dog with us, and he was welcomed with treats, and everyone fussed over him. Phil Meador even has a dog run! This was hands down the easiest experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I would highly recommend this dealership for all of your car buying needs.Samantha Priest is the greatest!!!

It took 4 months of patience and looking on her part to fine exactly what I wanted and this 2nd time I called, said what I wanted, and the deal was all but… done by the time we got there!!! Ridiculously easy! And AMAZING to work with!!! ASK FOR SAM!!!!!!New to me car

by Sara on 12/17/2018This was an amazing experience. We are hoping to adopt next month and were looking for a newer safer car. We had a list of requirements and a few options in mind. Our sales rep, Eric Woodland, couldn't have been more friendly, helpful,… knowledgeable, personable and friendly. He didn’t once put any pressure on us and was very patient while we compared and contrasted different options. The car he found for us was everything that we were looking for and we love it so much we had a hard time getting out of it when we got home. The entire buying process was stress free and pressure free, we were shocked when they handed us the keys and told us we were good to go. My husband and I no longer have to fight over what car to take, instead we are playing rock, paper, scissors to see who gets to drive. We will recommend Phil Meador Subaru and their amazing salesman Eric to everyone we know.Help with used car repairs

Two weeks after we bought it the transmission revealed a problem. John went… to bat for us and the Sales Manager agreed to split the bill with us even though he did not have to do so. It was a very generous gesture that was much appreciated. We will be back when we need another car.Great car buying experience
by Legacyowner on 05/10/2018We bought a 2018 Legacy with the R6 engine from John Nemire a few weeks ago. John was very good to work with and did his best to explain all of the features of the new Legacy, and there are a LOT of features. This car is the epitome of… luxury as far as we are concerned. The R6 engine has plenty of power and with the CV transmission is smooth as glass. The leather stitching is perfect and the controls are nicely laid out and easy to use. The radio and phone are all controlled with voice commands for hands free operation. Go see John at Phil Meador Subaru and get into a Legacy of your own.Never heard of a car buying experience like this.

I'd test driven a few in another state, so when I arrived at Phil Meador while house-hunting for a new job, I didn't want any hassle about choosing my car. There was no… pushback: Brent Harland listened to what I wanted, showed me one or two vehicles that came close, just in case, and then carefully ordered for me exactly the options I wanted. He gave me discount based on a referral source, had me put down a modest deposit, and I went back to my hometown. A few weeks later he let me know that the car had arrived on the lot, and he got my loan started right away. The papers were FedExed to me, Brent made follow-up calls to make sure everything was on track, and he said he'd pick me up at the airport when I arrived in town for good. I was sure some hitch would come up: the loan wouldn't be as advertised, some feature would end up costing more or wouldn't be available, he'd get tied up and I'd have to get myself to the dealership. But there was Brent waiting for me when I got off the plane, with my shiny new Subaru ready to drive! We went to the dealership so I could pay the rest of the down payment, get all my documents, and learn the bells and whistles. It was all done in no time. I couldn't believe everything had gone so smoothly. The other people I was introduced to at the dealership were friendly and laid back, and I never felt pressured or deceived. I have since met a bunch of other people in town who also worked with Brent, and they all say that he and the Phil Meador crew did a great job. I'll certainly send anyone here who is remotely interested in getting a Subaru!Could not be happier...

Sales Consultant Jake is friendly and personable and even allowed us to drive over to the Toyota dealership to compare the Forester… and the Rav4 apples to apples. I appreciated that he spoke to me as well as my husband and treated me with respect; I have not always found that to be the case at other dealerships. Business Manager Matthew made the financing super simple and was very kind as our two year old started getting tired and cranky. We've had our new Forester for four days and absolutely love it. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a Subaru, and would highly recommend buying that Subaru from the team at Phil Meador. We will definitely be referring our friends and family, and will definitely return when it's time for another vehicle.Spectacular Experience
