Phil Meador Subaru

I have rarely found a salesman I enjoyed working with until now. And I really give reviews. I had the pleasure of working with Samantha at Phil Meador Subaru in Pocatello. She was so great to show us the used and new Subarus. Showing us the different styles and what They had to offer. She seemed very knowledgeable about the cars. I really appreciated that she did not feel like a pushy salesman. She took her time with us and did not push for an answer or push to reschedule a time to be there or come back. My daughter and son-in-law came with me to look at cars and even he said he would come back to her to find a car. I ended up buying a new car and even that processing seemed easier than I’ve ever had before. It felt like a friendly atmosphere to me. After the paperwork was done she went through the outside and inside of the car. When she went through all the controls on the inside, of which she was well aware that it would take more than once to understand everything and offered calls and for me to come back and get help as many times as it took. We were also introduced to the people in the service department as well. The whole office did feel very friendly to me.
