PLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
by J Chierici on 08/03/2025Our recent purchase of a brand new 2025 Ford Bronco Sport from Corwin Ford in Nampa couldn't have been more pleasant. From the moment we arrived on the lot we were greeted by a friendly and helpful sales consultant who directed us to our… sales consultant, L.K. Parker. Mr. Parker, was extremely professional, allowed us all the time we needed for questions, helped us compare trim levels, arranged for us to have an extended test drive, and helped to make the purchasing process as simple as humanly possible. We felt the pricing of our Bronco Sport was very competitive within our region and with his extraordinary effort in making our experience at Corwin Ford as pleasant as he could, it was an easy decision to make the purchase. I might add that while we paid cash, we did spend sometime with financing and we were very impressed with Connor Keating in the finance department. My wife and I highly recommend Corwin Ford and specifically, our Sales Consultant, L.K. Parker... Just ask for Parker, they'll know who you're looking for... -J. They carry a large inventory of trucks so a good selection & I Found the new truck with all the options I wanted and it also had a discounted price from every other dealers MSRP. by mikepanther on 07/14/2025I went to Corwin Ford to purchase a used Tesla Long Range (330 mile range) for my daily commute (138 miles). It had just sold before I arrived. They turned me to a 2022 Ford Mach E. They said it had a similar range and would work just fine.… They told my wife it had a better range than the Tesla. Well, it wasn't the case. I wasn't able to test drive it for 138 miles, and it had a low battery, so I trusted them. They delivered it to me with it on empty, so I charged it myself and saw it was nowhere near the range of the Tesla. I drove it the next day, and was unable to make it my entire distance needed without having to charge...something I wanted to avoid in the first place. I called the finance manager, Chad Cindell the next day, and he told me to just charge it beyond 80% which isn't recommended. I tried it and was able to make the drive at 2am without any traffic which is unrealistic. It left me with a few miles. Zero room for any winter temperatures. I told him the next day that it was not going to work, and had it been the extended range battery, it would be better. He left the room and said he would cancel the deal unless it had funded. He got on his computer and told me that it had in fact funded and he couldn't do anything about it. The next day I spoke with ICCU, and they informed me the deal had not funded. I went back to Chad Cindell and discussed my issue, and he showed me his computer where it said ICCU had received the documents. That does not mean the deal had funded. Then he said, "well in Idaho there's no cooling off period so, yeah." This was some of the worst business I have ever dealt with. They could have cancelled the deal. I'm a repeat customer there, well, was. I work with about 1,200 employees, and I am making sure that everybody hears the story. If you want to buy a Ford, go to another Ford dealership in the Treasure Valley. The salesman was alright, nice kid. He didn't know better. I understand contracts fully, but I also understand doing the right thing and I took Corwin's word on the quality. Huge mistake. Never happening again. I will be sure to post this review across every platform I can too, including corporate.Oscar Was Great

Frank was genuinely honest and kind throughout our entire experience.… We also had a great experience with their finance manager, Connor, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ariel was communicative, responded quickly every time through text and phone ( sent photos right… away),and was so easy to talk to (I felt respected and never pushed). We live 5 hours away from this dealership and this is the best experience I have had purchasing the truck I really wanted to get into. Thank you, Ariel, for working with me on purchase price, trade in value of our car, and to the Corwin team from getting us a really good finance rate compared to elsewhere. He reassured my hesitation buying a 21 year old car. The whole process was… simple, they mechanically checked out the car and was 100% honest in what was found. He had the care detailed, which seriously made the car look 100% different. This is my 2nd Xterra for my kids, and my daughter loves it! Very helpful the entire process. Would definitely recommend.
