Amazing price, amazing service!

onFound them online because the price for the new Bronco Sport was substantially better than anything near me. Definitely worth driving the 12 hour RT to pick it up. Treated exceptionally well by everyone I worked with. Have never been treated so well - ever, and this is my 17th vehicle. They even tinted the windows and put in leather seats at the dealer and I still paid less than I would have for the basic vehicle locally.

onOur salesman Fernando Lopez was more than great to work with. He was super great with all of my questions, and we honestly felt like he was genuine. The gentleman who handled the financing part was amazing as well. There was a slight scratch on the fender, that their body guy fixed perfectly. The person who we assumed was the sales manager, Geoff, needs to find a different job, or change his attitude. He completely made us feel like we were bothering him. He used the " were losing money" phrase as well. If your company was losing money, they wouldn't sell the truck. Knowing now what he is like, we will ask for a different sales manager if we do business with them again. Its not hard not to be a Ass, but evidently he feels he is above that. Other than the Sales Manager, they are a great company, and I would love to do business with them again.

onI couldn’t be more grateful to Mike at Kendall who helped me get into a car with everything i was asking for. With the credit had it seemed impossible to get into anything with less than 100k miles, for under 15k. I came in on Sunday, signed my paper work and got into a 2017 ford focus that I couldn’t be happier with. They made sure everything would fit my budget and situation. I’ve already sent some friends in to get his help too!

onI ended up buying a 24 ford F350 over the internet with Kendall Ford. My salesman Brett was very patient and answered all questions in a very timely manner. Importantly, I did not feel any pressure buying from this dealer! My salesman got my plane ticket to Boise taken care of and picked my up at the airport, couldn't been an easier buying experience.

Great and easy experience

onWe were looking for a 4WD, and for our family of 6, decided an expedition was the best option. I called around to various dealerships to see what they had in stock (without having to special order one) and Kendall Ford had what we wanted. Brett was super easy to talk to, provided the answers to all our questions, and then helped us seal the deal. Then Tim helped us with all the paperwork and financing and we now have a new car! It was a great experience, was super easy and completely painless.

onHere's my Kendall Ford Experience I began the buying process online today and sent the the VIN and pictures of my trade to the salesman, to include pictures of the VIN. The tentative offer they made was good so I went to the dealer with my trade and they inspected it. Everything was good, we had the deal done, and I waited two hours for financing and then went in to sign the papers. We reviewed the deal again in the finance office, everything was good, so they began to print out the papers for me to sign. Then one of the sales managers comes into the finance office and says that he made an "egregious mistake". He quoted the trade in offer on the wrong vehicle and that mine was worth $15,000 less than what he offered. I provided them with the VIN of my vehicle to research before I even arrived at the dealership, they inspected my vehicle at the dealership and said everything was good, then two hours later when I'm about to sign the papers, he informs me of his "egregious mistake" and offers to "re-do the numbers" while telling me that my vehicle is worth $15,000 less than what they offered. Then he asked me if I really thought my vehicle was worth that much. This is a whole new level of scam that I haven't even heard of before. They had every opportuity to research my trade before I arrived at the dealership and while I was there. They didn't make a mistake with the offer. I would be careful when dealing with these guys and would recommend staying far away.

Best Dealer in a 1600 mile Radius

onI live in the Austin metro area and was trying to buy a new Ford Escape PHEV. After talking to 3 different dealers and getting pretty much no interest from them in my business I went national with a search and found Kendall Ford of Meridian. Austin: no phone calls returned and no followup after personal visits to the dealers by me and my spouse. They wanted full MSRP plus addons like extra window tinting, paint protection, etc. Profits in their pockets for nothing in return in my opinion. They would not even talk about trying to order a vehicle for me. Kendall: Fast response to inquiry about a vehicle they had on the lot. Matt Breiler in sales was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and bent over backwards to answer questions and to make himself available on my clock. When I flew in to pick up my new vehicle he picked me up at the airport and about 2 hours later I drove out totally satisfied with the dealer professionalism by all parties who I dealt with. Kendall Ford of Meridian (ID) is a great business to do business with and absolutely worth a long trip compared to the schmucks near me.

2022 F350 Super Duty

onI just completed the purchase of a 2022 Ford Super Duty and would like to share my experience to those interested in doing the same. From the initial contact with Kendall Ford I was impressed by how responsive they were in getting a salesman, Mike Parr in touch with me. I told Mike what I was looking for who immediately understood and didn’t try to sway me to some other type of vehicle. He was very transparent about how the ordering process would go and what to expect then we agreed on a sales price that didn’t include any surprises. Mike was upfront and gave a realistic timeframe of order / build process and gave regular updates as things progressed. Mike even gave me an update on his regularly scheduled day off that my truck had arrived! Finalizing the sale went just as smooth and once again no surprises and pressure to purchase anything additional that was not talked about during negotiations. Mike was very considerate of my time when I was taking delivery of truck and was able to explain most features of vehicle without any interruptions. Mike has kept in contact with me to make sure everything with my purchase is working out and I am sure if something wasn’t quite right he would do whatever it takes to make it right. I recommend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle to consider Kendall Ford of Meridian and more specifically Mike Parr, you won’t be disappointed!

Run, for your life! Seriously! Lack of auto inspections could endanger you.

onThis is the start of an exceptionally long process; the wife and I are currently exploring all our options regarding our vehicle and the issues incurred at Kendall Ford. In the meantime, I wanted to save others from being exposed to the dangers of buying from this dealer. So, I will be posting my review now instead of waiting. I was a long-time customer of Kendall. I have done 6 transactions with the Kendall brand because I was always under the impression “they would take care of me” but that is no longer. They really “screwed the pooch” this time! Especially after acting as if they did me a favor, when the issues I am still experiencing could have been avoided with a simple inspection of the vehicle. You know that sales pitch “We do a multi-point inspection on our vehicles. You are covered! Don't worry about it!"? Well, its worthless and it means absolutely nothing. You cannot tell me, at no point, did someone not come across some of the most blatantly obvious and simple issues that I have had to experience. Listen, I like to think that I am very reasonable person, and that it takes a lot to upset me. I was extremely tolerant of the issues and behavior I incurred during past few weeks, but no more! My point of contact during these issues has been “Geoff Paccassi”. I really do not like going after people’s personal character, I think it is low form of behavior. But I have to say it, this man takes the cake for his “I do not give a ****” attitude and his “Here, let me blow smoke up your ***” point of view. Having him insinuate that they did me some sort of favor, fixing the things that should not have been an issue in the first place, that really put the icing on that cake! The original issues that I brought the vehicle in for were not fixed. In fact, I was told “It’s normal”, but I located the exact service bulletin stating that it is in fact an issue. Then, while the vehicle was in their possession, they found a few other problems that they claimed to have fixed, but those items are still not operating correctly. For a place claiming to complete a “multi-point” inspection you would expect a little better than this. I am about to list some of issues I have/or am experiencing currently – Key Fobs inoperable (How many times did someone get into that vehicle before I purchased it? You mean to tell me no one noticed? Or just did not care?), Engine Auto Off/on not working, Parking Brake not working, battery drainage issues, possible CV Joint issues “can’t duplicate” they say (Did they even check the Joints?), and the worst for last…the high pitched, brain numbing noise coming from the rear differential module. Imagine your ears ringing, now times that by 10, this is the sound you hear coming from underneath this vehicle, but according to them it is “normal” and can only be found “When you are trying to look for it” according to their service dept. says. Yeah? Stand right next to the car and tell me that, because each salesman I spoke to (including Geoff) clearly heard the noise, acknowledged it and stated, “That’s not normal!” Oh, and do not forget there is the TSB which indeed says it is NOT normal. I couldn’t stand even being in a drive-thru with the windows down, that’s how loud the noise is. It seems after making a sale, they no longer care. I used to think this place was different from the rest, but they have proven they are not. Oh, and get this! Geoff’s solution to not being able to fix the vehicle, they wanted to sell me another one. Yeah, you get to make another sale huh. A win for the sales board! I was told “We can get you into something else” if I am “Still experiencing issues later”. This is the most asinine thing I have ever heard. Not only do I not have the luxury of going through a purchase process again, but I want the car that I picked in the first place. I want the car I purchased, to be working correctly. It is your responsibility as a dealer to ensure your vehicles are safe and ready for a customer to drive home - without issue! The only (partial) saving grace in this review was the salesman, (Tony Gozzo) he was incredibly supportive during this whole experience. However, in a typical car salesman way – it seemed that his job ended when he sold the car. We will not be returning here, and I will certainly make sure that nobody that I know does either. This does not end here though; I will be looking at all my options and voicing my opinion anywhere I can. Good luck Kendall!
