Amazing price, amazing service!

Found them online because the price for the new Bronco Sport was substantially better than anything near me. Definitely worth driving the 12 hour RT to pick it up. Treated exceptionally well by everyone I worked with. Have never been treated so well - ever, and this is my 17th vehicle. They even tinted the windows and put in leather seats at the dealer and I still paid less than I would have for the basic vehicle locally.

I bought a Chevy Impala 2008 from Kendall Ford. They were very accommodating when I show up just before they closed the doors. They stayed way past closing hours and helped me work out the details and eventually get the car I was looking for. Quick, efficient, and effective. What more could you ask for. Bought F-150 red 6 cylinder Eco boost. Matt Stacey was patient enough to accompany on 3 test drives of Explorers. I only liked the Sport because of the ecoboost v6, but didn't care for extras I didn't want. He took me for test drive of F150. The next day I returned, we discussed and made the deal. Matt was great and I'll refer friends to him for sure.

I love my mini van & the service is always good. Just get a little frustrated at my oil light dinging on after my oil change was completed. To be fair my van is a Chrysler & it is a Ford dealership. I just hate always reminding them to reset it.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. I wasn't expecting to walk out with a brand new car. Maybe a 2015 at best. With the great rebates and all of the other perks, a brand new Fusion was a better deal than anything else. I had a good experience. The whole process took a very long time. I was there for about 4.5 hours which is somewhat expected. If you don't realize it takes that long, make sure to set aside the time. You can't really rush these things. It's my second car I've bought from Kendall. As long as I'm living in Idaho, I'll continue to use them for car purchases.

This was our first trip to this dealership. We live in Canyon Cty and have always felt strongly of supporting locally (at Dan Weibold Ford). We have been disappointed with the new ownership which is why we chose to try Meridian Ford. Stu in the service dept. was kind, helpful and (as a female) never once made me feel like I was clueless. That was appreciated as I honestly had to bring my husband into the other dealership to get get warranty work approved. And trust me, at that phase no one is comfortable. You have earned a new customer.
