by Paul O on 12/23/2021Made a deal to all numbers over phone and in written email. Then when I got there they lowered my trade by 2k for zero reason. Said they would make up that 2k in my tax savings for trading in my car instead. Both sales person and manager… spoke to me before the 1 hour drive to their dealership. Just a waste of time. What happened to small town integrity? Buyers beware if trust is needed.Dealership followed up and was more than concerned about my experience and has satisfied me 100% over the issues. I'm glad to see management did care and did the right thing after all. Thank you and your team for the follow up Nick Dominguez.

I dealt with three other dealerships that were unresponsive and of no help whatsoever. I called Steve's and talked to Cody Smith and he… found the truck I wanted, told me he would save it until I got there and walked me through the whole buying process. Cody is top notch and all the other guys there made the experience fast and smooth. It's nice to deal with people who do what they say they are going to do and then follow through.Herk, thank you for your kind words and congratulations on your new car! Buyer beware
by Bobthepug1 on 01/04/2020The absolute worst experience ever when purchasing a car, incredibly deceitful practices, I submitted an offer and after a few back and Forths they agreed to a deal. I live 7.5 to 8 hours away. Informed the rep that I would be up the… following evening. So far no issues. Traveled half way to the dealership, called to let them know my ETA. I was informed by a sales manager that He would now not honor the deal and that I would need another $6000.00 if I wanted the vehicle. This agency did not have the decency to even text this new info and had no issue with a customer traveling 475 and then try to get hooked into really unrealistic deal. Was shocked about the uncaring and arrogant attitude of the sales manager. Was informed that they had just met their quota and would not honor the deal. Again. All it wouldhave taken was a simple message. To add more insult I gave them a 1000 deposit to finalize the deal and had to make several requesty to get it back. Have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and fully understand sales tactics but this was over the top. I could go on but won’t bore you. If anyone cares I have the texts between the sales rep and I printed out which reflect our agreement. Again, please avoidHello, we have seen this review and are concerned with the experience you described.
