Dealership Sales Review
The absolute worst experience ever when purchasing a car, incredibly deceitful practices, I submitted an offer and after a few back and Forths they agreed to a deal. I live 7.5 to 8 hours away. Informed the rep that I would be up the following evening. So far no issues. Traveled half way to the dealership, called to let them know my ETA. I was informed by a sales manager that He would now not honor the deal and that I would need another $6000.00 if I wanted the vehicle. This agency did not have the decency to even text this new info and had no issue with a customer traveling 475 and then try to get hooked into really unrealistic deal. Was shocked about the uncaring and arrogant attitude of the sales manager. Was informed that they had just met their quota and would not honor the deal. Again. All it wouldhave taken was a simple message. To add more insult I gave them a 1000 deposit to finalize the deal and had to make several requesty to get it back. Have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and fully understand sales tactics but this was over the top. I could go on but won’t bore you. If anyone cares I have the texts between the sales rep and I printed out which reflect our agreement. Again, please avoid
