She was here all the time, with fast respond, find out and provide correct information or to put… pressure if the things got forgotten in other places. She always stand-up for us. If you shopping for vehicle, I would strongly advise to find Pam Milks desk. MindasExcellent Experience

He was very happy about the deal made and grateful to finally have something he could rely on for commuting back and forth from school home and work. Unfortunately… something was missed when him and his brother looked it over at purchase, A couple of weeks ago the pickup was sitting in the driveway and again like his other autos totally worthless as it wouldn't move. After some searching for places to get it fixed and finding it more than he could afford we went back to Robideaux for help. They stepped up to the plate and helped him out. Their customer service representative was wonderful and my son was very happy with the service manager and service rendered. In my opinion that brings back the memories or my parents dealing with this dealership back when I ws just a kid and I am 57 yrs old now, Its good to see helpful courteous people in a car dealerships still exist. I highly recommend Robideaux Motors for any new or used car needs.Family to Family

We would never go to another dealership...The customer service is always exceptional and the attention to detail is of the highest… quality. In particular, our experience with the the service manager, Mr. Jerry K., has been a joy. He knows all of our family and takes particular pride in making sure any issues we may have are solved. by aspingel on 04/29/2011updated 07/14/2025My wife and I tried Robideaux Motors in April of 2011. The salesmen spoke down to me constantly and used intimidation tactics on my wife. I caught them in several blatant lies about the car they were trying to sell. They were sneaky and… demeaning. We put up with it because we initially really wanted the car. Finally I had had enough and we walked away. They made quite a few promises about financing and warranties and certifications that they wouldn't honor. I lost complete trust for them. I don't think they're worth the trouble. I'm not trying to be mean; just honest. It was a really bad experience.
