Fantastic experience! Mike, the sales guy, was wonderful. He had no problem that I arrived at 6pm on a Tuesday and did not rush me while looking at the vehicle. He showed me the features, explained all the new-fangled equipment to me, and was an absolute pleasure. Communication was excellent, if I had a question I wasn't worried about reaching out to him. To top it all off, when Mike heard I had to take a cab to get to the dealership, he (and the company) immediately reimbursed me. I was already excited about my new vehicle and that made me choke up a bit. Jessica, in finance, was amazing as well. She found me the best rate, explained all the paperwork well, and even prepared me on how to get insurance and registration settled quick and easy. 10/10 I would recommend them and will be coming back when it's time for a new vehicle. I had never purchased a car from a dealer and was terrified, but the process was quick and easy and no scheming going on here! Honest people with great hearts.
