Ford's Roadside Assistance was helpful with communication and coordinating efforts to get my car back in order. Everything was done… via phone: tow truck call, credit card payment and repair service at the Honolulu dealership. It was a simple battery problem,for which there was warranty coverage. However, a greater problem was discovered in diagnosis - an oil leak. That will be cared for in a few days. My car is a 2001 Taurus, but it still gets me around and about. It's a valued family member, and it's 15 years old. Go, Ford, go! Henry Ford would be so proud and ecstatic. The service coordinator is a woman with a lot of savvy. It's good to know that Ford is an equitable company, who looks at valuable employees without gender bias.Great staff

Her mentor, the finance guy and the Allstate agent all excellent. I was very happy with… Ford Financing. Since purchasing within a few weeks, The low pressure indicator light has come on twice, no big deal it did so on my old sienna, brought it in and the service guys fixed whatever no hastles! the light wasn't on any more, excellent service. The mechanic brother that took in my car, twice I think, is right on, very cordial and accommodating,I had no idea what to do, but quite obviously determined to keep things orderly and organized in a timely manner for all the customers that were waiting including myself. The sister outside in the middle service shack was outstanding. Thank you to all of you. I also have to mention that on almost all of my visits there, the big boss, or someone I perceived to be the big boss, took a few moments to see if everything was cool and ok and chatted a bit. I don't know if he does that with every customer but perception wise as it pertains to an overall sales experience, Highly impactful. They also told me that I could just bring the car in as a walk-in. That's what I did and got excellent… service (I also decided to get an oil change, because that was due), a shuttle to and from my job, and overall satisfaction. by sbriley on 01/08/2016updated 12/13/2016My car had a recall notice and needed an oil change. I work about 75 hours a week and do not always have a schedule of days and times ahead of time. Due to this I called to "schedule" on Jan 2nd when I knew it was a holiday and I had time… to come in. This was also a Saturday. Unfortunately, I do not have another car on island and anticipated it taking a few hours. However, when I arrived I was informed that typically Saturdays is for oil changes only and that shuttle service did not run that day of the week. I understand that the receptionist/scheduling staff does not know about cars and how long services take. However, I think they should be trained enough to tell people this up front when scheduling a recall on a Saturday. Besides this, I had excellent excellent service by the woman who serviced my car and was only there for a short period of time - she was absolutely wonderful and made me feel like a priority!
