by lianahernandez on 03/01/2016we purchased our 2012 toyota xrunner from John Palting, although we were on another island, we were able to get all the information we needed about the truck we were thinking of buying before we flew out to see it in person. They made sure… they held the truck for us unitl we were able to fly over, They even offered to pick us up from the airport! Once we were there, all of the staff were super friendly! Papers were signed and we were on our way. They took care of taking the truck to the docks to ship out for us, we will buy again and recommend our friends and family to buy from this dealer.Great Experience

I have been told several times that it was being taken care of, but no one will answer… the phone are return phone calls now that I'm not there to deal with the problem. Horrible customer service, now I'm currently paying for a vehicle I don't have or have ever had."How can we help you?"

My credit needed some repair and I was within a budget!!! Jon, my sales rep was able… to do everything he promise!!! I went to other dealerships in Hawaii. I walked out of their office their prices was unbelievable but when I went into Honolulu Buick, everything was so right even their Aloha Spirits!!! It was so great, My faith in good sales man have been restored!!! I love you them and I really love my New Car!!!!!!!Key to Success
by D15B on 06/04/2015Although I did not end up purchasing at the Honolulu Buick Cadillac GMC dealership, my initial experience with salesman Darrell, aka "Ash", was of the most pleasant that I came back again to test drive a used MINI that I was interested in.… I even risked and waited an extra day until he returned from his day off, just so he could be my sales guy. He was 1 of 8 sales agents I encountered throughout various dealerships, ranging from strictly used car lots to Japanese car dealerships to high end Euro dealerships, in my quest for a car. But he was different, he was not the typical pushy salesman. It was as if I was talking to a friendly neighbor. He had so much genuine Aloha. We worked out a deal and I had the pen ready to sign, but the dealership just could not find the spare key. The next day I thought of a solution but I wanted to first check on another car that came across my radar. Ash's car and this other one were my final picks and both had their merits. It was a dead heat tie, flip of the coin, but the tipping point was that the other dealer had both keys on hand. This won't be the last car I purchase so I will visit Hon Buick GMC again and will surely seek and recommend to my extended ohana during family get-togethers, this dealership and request for Ash. -DBClean facilities,convenient location

Honolulu Buick GMC Cadillac did just that, they didn't finagle with the number at all like the 3 other… dealerships i went to. I gave them my code and they gave me exactly what GM gave them. They worked with me to give me the best price they could for my trade-in and gave me an excellent deal.Truly thankful and blessed
