Honolulu Buick GMC

There was an issue with the purchase of my vehicle and the dealership said the paperwork was never filed, but i receive my first car payment in the mail. I have been told several times that it was being taken care of, but no one will answer the phone are return phone calls now that I'm not there to deal with the problem. Horrible customer service, now I'm currently paying for a vehicle I don't have or have ever had.
