The purchasing process went smoothly and was very simple. We were an out-of-state purchaser and everything that was mentioned to be done was done so effortlessly. We cannot thank enough, the Atkins Ford dealership and their salesman AJ… Jackson! He helped us through the entire process, and as I said it was an extremely easy purchase from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with the truck and the follow up from Atkins.

I have been purchasing my personal and company vehicles from them since around 2006, maybe longer. Every purchased has been a pleasure. When… purchasing my vehicles, I always get 3 quotes and they have not been beat yet and most of the time I get more car than I was asking for. As for my Ford explorers I have now purchased 5 two have over 400K miles and no major problems. I am taking both out of service this year but still using them in a limited capacity. Waiting area is extra large. Wifi provided. Some computers. Many ports… to plug in electrical for charging. FREE name brand coffee. WILD WILLIES which is part of AKINS has professionally handled my suspension lifts, tires, wheels, etc. Excellent dealership. I have met the owner, Mr Brad Akins. by gaknitter on 12/10/2020Only downside to being great.... they stay busy busy!!! So definitely plan ahead and make and appointment even for oil change. Great lounge area, free snacks, clean restrooms, covid prevention etc.Repair for recall.

When the air bag was activated by a crash the gun powder would send metal fragments out at a great… force which could kill or harm the passenger and driver.Service customer

They gave me a generous trade in allowance based on current value. No worthless dealer installed options are added.… Absolutely no pressure from the finance guy to add extended warranty and etc. Delivery was quick and simple. They actually delivered the vehicle to my home to accommodate my circumstances.sales experience

by NanaGrace on 11/18/2020I am always been warned about taking my car to a dealer for repairs and maintenance. I must say that Akin's Ford is not your usual dealership. They are honest, very reasonably priced for the repairs and get things done quickly and… thoroughly. They also have a nice comfortable waiting area that makes the customer comfortable, with free wi-fi and even some PC's to use. They have a quiet area for kids to play that protects the other customers from the noise. They explain everything they did to the car and will let you know if other problems exist and the cost for the repairs if there are any. I will continue to use them for my routine maintenance and for other repairs for my car.Atkins Ford

The rental agreement mentioned a $250 cleaning fee if you got their vehicle dirty, which I understand. I made sure to return their vehicle in great condition. I was… shocked when I picked up my vehicle covered in cat prints and it smelled like cigarettes. I aired my vehicle out on the way home. I think the mechanic could’ve had the smell on his clothing which transferred to my vehicle. Next time I will request a mechanic that does not smoke. Ford offered to keep the vehicle again over night to get rid of the smell, but I needed my vehicle for work the next day and I didn’t want it covered in cat prints again. My service advisor was great. I always come to Akins for oil changes and my family has purchased 5 vehicles from them. This was the first time I was disappointed, but it was also the first time I had to leave my vehicle there overnight. Otherwise, Akins usually does great.Happy in Juliette
