The purchasing process went smoothly and was very simple. We were an out-of-state purchaser and everything that was mentioned to be done was done so effortlessly. We cannot thank enough, the Atkins Ford dealership and their salesman AJ… Jackson! He helped us through the entire process, and as I said it was an extremely easy purchase from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with the truck and the follow up from Atkins.

Never have tried to up sale me on something i don't need at the time. Will tell you… where you stand on what is needed and you make that decision. If it something pertaining to safety they will tell you or if it can wait to your next service. Great people from the service manager to people that check you out. Hand prints / finger prints were left on the car and I requested that driver seat not be moved, but it was. The vehicle had a recall and since he was going out of town on a business trip he asked me to handle the recall for him at the appointment he had made at… Akins. I have been doing business with the Akins service department since 2001. I purchased my first vehicle when I was 18. I am now 84 and I will stand firm in saying that Akins is the BEST dealership service department I have ever done business with. I will further state that if any Ford dealership in the United States is having problems with their service department, they should assemble a team from their service department, visit Akins, and see how a dealership service department should operate. Not only were the trucks priced favorably, they had great option… packages and the dealership has a huge selection of inventory. I drove 6 hours to the dealership to purchase my truck. The price was exactly what Tom Sliger quoted me over the phone and the process took less than 30 minutes. Financing had all of the documents printed out and ready to go. However, after having recently purchased a beast (2019 bright red Ford F 150 Super Crew), I have no reason to feel this way about Akins Ford.… The latter is in Winder, Georgia. With Atlanta traffic and my being on the other side of town, it was a pretty long drive. But, it was quite worth it. 1) I got an outstanding price on the incredible vehicle. 2) I never felt like the Salesman, the Finance Manager, or anyone else tried to screw me. Purchase went very well. 3) There was a tiny flaw in the paint on the hood of the beast. A tiny spec of debris from the factory spray booth. The Body Shop at Akins Ford successfully sanded and polished the tiny spot, rather than having to repaint the whole hood. The result looks great.2019 Ford Expedition

ALL of the departments are friendly and act like they love their jobs. I just bought from Akins a 2017 Escape Titanium and was… thinking of keeping it 10 years like I normally do. Unfortunately, due to a factory defect, the engine blew. I developed a mobility disease called Parkinson’s and would be in need of a larger suv such as an Explorer to handle my walker so we immediately traded and Akins made a great deal for us.
