Great Dealership to Buy a Car!

Just bought my new Sportage LX at Ed Voyles KIA. The staff was not pushy--just informative and helpful at every point in the process. They make the car-buying process as pleasant and easy as it can be!

New Car great experience

After having a car emergency, I was not excited to make my way to a dealership but luckily I had Brandon as my salesman. He gave excellent service and offered me a good deal on my car. He was honest and found us the best deal for my situation. While my deal was great, his personality and ability to accommodate our high standard of sales experience exceeded our expectations. He even played along and let us sit in the Stinger in order to sign our deal (I bought a far less expensive car). Can’t really say enough how thankful I am that I bought my car from Brandon and the whole dealership in general!

Kia Optima - Ed Voyles

Bought a 2018 Kia Optima from Ed Voyles Kia! Loved the dealership.. Orion was our sales person and was very knowledable of their inventory and answered all of our questions.. love my car.. it’s has a 1.6T engine.. I have averaged 36.8MPG so over the last 2 weeks.. not only is it economically amazing - it has turbo power when I need it!

Third Optima Purchased

On December 26, 2017, I purchased my third Kia Optima from Ed Voyles over the past three years. Most recently I was able to work with Robert Baptiste via email on selection and pricing on a 2018 model. I was then able to complete the entire transaction is under an hour when I visited the dealership. Robert, Doug, Orion and Lynn were very respectful of my time and great to work with throughout the process. I recommend them all to anyone interested in purchasing a Kia. I have used the Ed Voyles' service department for all the routine maintenance on my prior two Optima's and receive excellent attention and service from Andrew, Patrick and Steve.

Do not go here

Do not go here! After exploring multiple hyundai/Kia dealerships this one is by far the worst. Extremely bad attitudes, classic switch and bait techniques and full of liars (on both sides Kia and hyundai - both owned by ed Voyles). They'll tell you you're locked in at one at price, run your credit, then come back and act as if they made a mistake on pricing and then out of no where the car is 4000 dollars more. Then they want to show your other cars. Calling beforehand doesn't help, they'll say anything they can to get you in the door. So desperate. They'll lie about color, millage, even having the car in stock. You'll call hey is this stock number there, "oh yes ma'am come on in"- get there oh actually we sold that car just yesterday. Lies. Lies. Lies. The Kia manager was so ashamed of his behavior he wouldn't even speak to us face to face. Neither location apologized, in fact, over at kia, Lynn the finance person, even had the nerve to look at us like we were crazy and wasting her time after she pulled our credit then increased the car price. What a joke. Do not go here, way better options close by. Lastly, I've purchased a few cars over the years and never experienced anything like at Ed Voyles. Honestly do not know how they are still in business.

Ed Voyles Hundai and especially Jessica McBride were exceptional in the purchase of my 2014 Kia Soul. They even replaced my battery when it went dead a week later. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used Kia!

Pleasant routine maintenance service visit

They took me at my appointed time and finished up about 30 minutes early. I even got a warm rhubarb pastry from my service manager - who received several dozen from another repeat customer. Diana Bell, my service manager, was professional with the service yet personally engaging which made for a very pleasant time.

Since purchasing my vehicle from Ed Voyles KIA 3 years ago, Diana Bell has made a firm commitment to me to provide the absolute best service that the dealership could provide. Ive had my vehicle serviced at the Smyrna location at lease a dozen times for regular maintenance and Ms Bell has always treated me as a valuable customer. She is one of the main reasons that I travel 46 miles to have my vehicle serviced at Ed Voyles. She is a five Star performer.

Service Repair

Stephanie was great, I told her that I needed my highline hose replaced and my A/C recharged. She was able to provide me with a quote and schedule my appointment. Upon arriving, the work was completed in the allotted time that she gave me and for the price she quoted. No surprises. She even gave my car a quick wash. Definitely would recommend Ed Voyles and Stephanie.

This was my first experience buying a car and it couldn't have been easier. After having a bad experience with one of the competitor dealerships, my husband and I decided to check out Ed Voyles Kia. From the minute we walked in we were greeted happily. O.J. & Larry walked us through all of the info and every question was answered. We were not pressured in the least bit or hounded (unlike other dealerships) & we were made to feel like family. They were more than willing to help us get to a price we were comfortable with and ended up with a car we love. I would definitely recommend Ed Voyles to anyone!

Recalls - Kia Soul

I had 2 recalls completed on my Kia Soul. Diana Bell, Service Advisor took the time to review what would be done and that she would call me when the service was complete. She shared the service department could be competitive on other services needed in the future. Overall an excellent experience.

My car sat at this dealership for 2 weeks and I had to call service agent Diana Bell numerous times to find out the status of my car. I made a complaint with her service manager, who then lied to me about my car issue being discovered. After that, I demanded to speak to the General Manager, John Schibi. John came up with a temporary solution and told me I would hear from my service agent the next day. At 4:30pm the next day, no one had called me so I called and was told to pick my car up. Two weeks later and they were unable to solve the issue my car had. After they seemingly forgot that they even had my vehicle and failed to update me daily, the experience picking up my car made things worse. The service rep checked in my loaner and then stood near me for 10 minutes picking at his fingernails and didn't notify me of the low gas tank. Instead he allowed me to wait 10 minutes next to him only to have someone else tell me. After I came back 20 minutes later I noticed my car was not waiting for me. Instead my service rep was sitting in her office chatting with another agent and the service rep that checked me in was chatting with a Cashier. While waiting another 8 ½ minutes for the service rep to bring my car to me, I ask the cashier for the name of the General Manager and she replies that she doesn’t know how to spell his name and doesn't even bother to ask a colleague or look it up. When my car comes, after 2 weeks of sitting in their garage, I notice that they didn't even run it through their car wash, as it is customary to do at dealerships. The service rep gets out of my car and I notice that he does not remove the standard paper mats from my car where he and the mechanics have undoubtedly transferred oils and other car fluids onto my mat. Even after hearing me make all of these complaints and seeing how extremely irate I was, neither the service rep nor my service agent offered me a simple apology. Instead, she said, “Have a Merry Christmas”.
