by Sonja Jones on 06/23/2021Alex Moorman was phenomenal! Unlike most salesman he didn’t bombard us right as we hit the lot. He introduced himself and allowed us to come to him when we were ready. Throughout the entire process he was outstanding in helping find exactly… what we were looking for and getting us a great deal on our vehicle. Also, the finance department went above and beyond to make sure we were fully covered with GAP insurance and even got us an even lower APR and monthly payment. Overall the process was extremely fast as well. In and out including a two person test drive with a toddler. I would rather walk than get a car from Michael

My salesperson Michael was just absolutely rude to my fiancé and I and refused to speak with us after we had come into the dealership. We reached out for DAYS with no… response until someone was able to get ahold of the sales manager to tell him to reach out. Not only that but the entire time my fiancé and I are trying to look at vehicles and do paperwork, he is being an absolute [non-permissible content removed] to us. He working other deals and taking his sweet time when we told him we could be there all day. It was a really nice dealership and it’s unfortunate that this guy ruined it.Luke Grainger did a great job. Very happy with my new HONDA...

Finding the right solutions
by Dan on 04/02/2021They call sales representatives "solutions specialists" at Grainger Honda, working on the premise that people deserve to be driving a Honda but that various obstacles complicate that happening. Greg Konkel was a perfect example of the way… that concept is supposed to work when he introduced himself to my wife and me as we arrived at Grainger Honda in yet another stop in what had been a long search for her new car. After a little talk to see what we wanted in a vehicle, Greg introduced us to a 2021 CR-V EX. Sandra, my wife, had been driving sedans all of her life except when she occasionally drove my pickup, but she immediately fell in love with the CR-V. From that point, it was a matter of watching Greg topple one obstacle after another until the last of them was removed. Greg introduced us to other members of the Grainger team and let them help in removing obstacles. To say we were delighted with the process is a great understatement. Now in our 70s, it was the most satisfying automobile-buying experience we've ever had.We couldn’t be happier!
