Friendly and fair dealership
by William on 04/22/2020Gianna was very friendly and personable throughout the entire time was there and had the vehicle I was interested in ready for me to look at when I arrived. Herself and the manager Jordan were helpful and patient when explaining the trade… in process to me being it was the first time I did a trade in. Also informed me how to take the odometer reading to my previous dealership to cancel an extended warranty to get money back which I did not know was a thing.Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know how happy you are with your experience, William! The sales staff, from floor associates up to the sales management, are extremely friendly and personable, the interaction is open and… trust-building, and they listen to the customer. Excellent Customer Service
by Bobby on 03/19/2020Very friendly staff. Willing to work with you. But don't go to buy a car unless you have HOURS to wait for financing.....they NEED a temp financing person to help. We were there for 6 hours waiting on financing. The financing guy was going… as fast as he possibly could and was excellent! Super nice and very helpful in helping my father save some money. Kia, PLEASE GET THAT FINANCING MAN SOME TEMPORARY HELP!!!!!Thank you for your honest feedback, Bobby. BUYER BEWARE!!!
by MalloryBrack on 12/07/2019I’ve dealt with quite a few car dealerships in my life and I have to say this was one of the most crooked dealers I’ve ever dealt with. I live an hour and a half away from this dealership. I was in constant contact with the dealership about… the car I was interested in before my arrival. Upon arrival they had the car I was coming for pulled in the front of the dealership with someone else looking at it. I drove the car and went in to deal only to find out the other people were dealing for the same car. The car was sold right out from under me all while I was completely insulted by sales and financial team and given the run around. Mind you I’m 8 months pregnant so this hasn’t set well with me. I will NEVER in my life recommend anyone to these people!Mallory, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
