    I really liked the fact that I can discuss my concerns with both the service rep and the service manager. At one point the manager brought a tech from the shop to assist in answering one of my concerns. I'd also like to comment on the efficient communication I received from the service department. I was updated on every facet of the service process.

    Rodney was amazing. He made sure that he did everything possible to make me mobile again. He has a great personality and his customer service is beyond words.     Responsive and flexible. Salesman was an excellent communicator and kept me posted regularly. Dealership went out of their way to accomodate my requirements. Two other Ford dealers did not.

    The people are really nice and friendly. Chase and Mr. Barry Always make sure we are very well taken care of. We drive from Ludowici to Savannah just because of the service. We have a Ford dealer in Hinesville which is way closer and won't even try them. A BIG THANK YOU! Especially To Chase and Mr. Barry !

    Well, when I arrived, I was told I needed an appointment. The service representative told me they could still take me, however, it may be a long wait. I reluctantly agreed. To my surprise, within an hour they had my truck in the service shop and were doing the works inspection. It's a good thing too, as I can only make it in on the weekends to do this maintenance on my vehicles. I work all the time. I was very delighted when I saw the mechanic finishing my truck's service. At checkout, the service representative out did himself again by giving me a military discount. It was very pleasant to be recognized by a kind group of individuals. Many thanks!
