We Love Roswell Infinity!
by Lewprop on 12/08/2017Our experience at Roswell Infinity has been wonderful from our first Infinity, the 2010 FX35 to our latest, the 2017 QX50, and three other Infinities in between. We are a 2-Infinity car home and a loyal customer of Roswell Infinity for over… seven years. I think they have a great sales team and their service center has always been helpful and a pleasure to work with. The dealership was willing to take care of it the service was exceptional no waiting to see whether or not we'll be able to take care of it the manager came right… away said what they can do and made it happen. It took a few months to call me to let me know my part finally arrived so I was annoyed going into this appointment. Then also learned I had 3 recalls on my… car. This time around everyone was on top of things. I was actually going to have my car serviced in another location if the service was not up to par. However, they did a great job this time and I have no complaints.Great car buying experience!

If a loaner car is needed they ensure you get one not like another Infiniti… dealership located in Marietta. The service Advisors are always polite and concern about any car related issues.
