I had a great experience at this dealership. I drove 200 miles to look at specific vehicle at this dealership. The salesperson was not pushy at all and answered all of my questions honestly. She was awesome! I bought the vehicle for the price that I was willing to pay. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I am sure I will be back.

I bought new car last week and for me Nalley Toyota was easiest to deal with. Before I went there I visited 4 other dealership that had really good reviews ,4.4 to 4.8 compare to Nalleys 3.3 rating, but in my opinion that doesn't mean a lot. After hours of price negotiations at other dealerships I agreed on a price couple of times but as son as I started paperwork they would bring up something that increased price. That wasn't case with Nalley Toyota, I contacted them by email and we agreed on price when I came that was price I payed no dollar more or less. There was no pressuring or pushing into buying some other additional things, pretty much all was straight forward ,open without any deception or any of those lies that you hear just to get you to sit down and sign and then you're hit with additional cost. I stayed around two hours to finalize everything and drove home my new car. For me when it came to buying and negotiating the price Nalley Toyota were by far easiest compare to Marietta ,Cobb County and World Toyota where I went first. In my case as a first time buyer whole process was frustrating and I almost gave up on buying a new car with amount of deception and lies and all kinds of tactics thrown at you just to buy car at price that they want you to pay and not listening or hearing what you are prepare to settle for. As for service I will see in the future when it comes to oil changes and repairs if I am treated well I will have highest grade for them if not of course I wont hold back because I had great buying experience, I will rate them low.

  • Does not understand the concept of buying online.

My wife and I were shopping the Prius III. The "internet specialist" took 2 days to respond to the initial inquiry. He refused to give me a quote on a vehicle and kept insisting that I come into the dealership to talk. When I pressed him to give me a quote on the car, he said he had no inventory, but I could come in and drive the floor model and put down a deposit. The Toyota web-site clearly indicated that he had inventory for the exact car we were looking for.

Did not honor agreed upon price! Lied first about car not being there, then said someone else had placed the car on hold. Finally refused to sell the car unless I gave a favorable survey review. This is the dealership from hell,,,,

I've read the other reviews, however in my experience, I told this dealer the deal another dealership was offering, then they matched the deal. This was good because they were able to locate the color I wanted while the other dealership was not. The lady in the business office completely wasted my time--explaining why I should buy extended warranty plans when she didn't even know what they were. I had my own financing, so I should have been in and out within 1-1.5 hours no problem, but as I said, the lady in the business office is awful. I would suggest dealing with Kevin--the new car sales manager--and show him the price you're getting somewhere else.

My wife and I went to several dealerships to compare different vehicles from different manufacturers. We had a great experience with the staff at this dealership. We decided on a different vehicle after considering each and every detail. This dealership made a great offer on our trade and had a great price on their Highlander. We will go to this dealer the next time we are shopping.

Worked with Martin to find the right car equipped as we wanted. Very helpful and followed up with us after the sale. Gave dealership 4 stars as I never got an email response when I put out requests for quote through Edmunds.
  • Stay away from Nalley.

Bought a Prius in January. Negotiated a price for the car and for my trade in. A month later I got my first bill. Balanced owed was about $4,000.00 more than what we all agreed to. I made an appointment with the G.M. and went in. When doing the original paper work I asked for a copy of everything with my signature on it. In this meeting they are showing me all kinds of paper work I didn't get copies of. One I remember signing. The finance guy pointed at the bottom number and asked if thats what I agreed to pay for the car ? I said yes so he asked me to sign. I didn't care how they got to the number so I didn't read it all first. My bad. They snuck my trade in above it so I got nothing for my car. They agreed to pay me $4,000 for it.. They stole my car. Since I signed it it's legal. The only recourse I have is this. I can't say it loud enough, DON'T EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH NALLEY> PERIOD!!!It wasn't like the sales guy took advantage of me. They all did. They all knew what the other was doing. It's a game they play. I was told Nalley is owned by a corporation. Other dealerships are family owned. Families care about their name and being respected in the community. Corp. owned could care less. There are plenty of dealerships to buy or service a car at. Tell everyone you know to stay away from Nalley.
    • Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry you feel your experience was less than satisfactory. We feel we have done everything we can to help you understand your purchase and unfortunately we cannot come to a satisfactory agreement after you signed for your purchase that you did or did not understand. Best wishes, Robert Gagliardi, General Manager

    • Let me first respond to Robert, the GM. He told me if I posted any negative comments on any web site he could have them taken down. Nice to see edmunds didn't listen. When I returned to ask questions they were incredibly upset and mad. " we don't have time to deal with you" " we can't find your file" " It will take over an hour to get a copy of all the documents you signed" I just came in to ask a question. Last time they were overly gracious . It's funny when you do something wrong and you have something to hide you get very defensive. Like they did. I will continue to do all I can to make you aware of how deceitful Nalley Toyota is. I'm 57, experrianced in buying cars. I'm disabled and they took advantage of that. too many other family owned dealerships to deal with. Stay away from Nalley. All of them.

From two other dealers got better price. While at this dealer, could not bargain down - they just do not bargain. Ended up buying the same car at Marietta Toyota for $1000 less. But there are much worse dealers nearby (Sandy Springs Toyota, for example), so it's average.

Having never bought a car on my own before, I was initially intimated by the process. John (Jay) was very helpful throughout the entire process. The people at Nalley Toyota are definitely very committed to their jobs and we were able to reach a deal that satisfied both parties.
    • Congratulations on your first new car! I am glad to know that we were able to take the intimidation out of the buying process for you. I am confident that they were able to answer your initial questions but if you find you have new ones after driving awhile, please feel free to let us know. We look forward to seeing you again at your first scheduled maintenance! Thank you and congratulations again! Robert Gagliardi General Manager

My wife and I purchased a Scion from Nalley on 4/9/14. Our salesperson, Maurice, was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable, helpful and an all around nice guy. The negotiation process was professional and I feel like I received a great price and a great value on my trade. I recommend Nalley Toyota/Scion! Ask for Maurice!
    • Thank you for your recent purchase from Nalley Toyota/Scion. I am glad to know that Maurice made you feel confident with your purchase and hope that he conveyed our desire to help you maintain your vehicle through its lifetime. Always feel free to reach out to us with your questions before your scheduled visits. Best, Robert Gagliardi Nalley Toyota/Scion of Roswell General Manager

  • Horrible experience at this dealership

    1 out of 5 starsby corollabuyer1 on 12/18/2013

Absolutely horrible and unbelievable experience! On December 17, 2013 I walked into this dealership with an intention of buying a car, not leasing or financing, but buying outright paying everything at once. I walked out about an hour later feeling distressed, shaken, and absolutely at a loss due to insults suffered at the hand of one of the employees-- Rich T. (one of the senior salespersons, I guess, who sits in one of the back rooms, not at the negotiation tables out front). Here is what happened: A salesperson, Martin (forgot to ask his last name), was very welcoming, showed me around, test drove a car with me, took me inside to discuss the details and was very professional. At this point I mentioned that theirs is one of three dealerships I am looking at and produced quotes from the rival dealers for comparison. Martin was very understanding and enthusiastic to match the price. At one point he went into a back room and an entirely different person-- RIch T.-- came out with a condescending attitude telling me how I am being duped by other dealers and how the quote they produced is for a car that does not exist. At my indication that the quote is a print out e-brochure that was sent directly to me from a rival dealership, Mr. T. said that he is insulted by the price. At this point, I started hearing insults directed to me. Openly! Unbelievably!! One comment Mr. T. threw at me was, a direct quote, "I thought you were more intelligent than your students". (I am a teacher in the area). All this is accompanied with a domineering, nearly shouting, condescending tone at the awe and consternation of the salesperson (and others around), witnessing the deal he'd been patiently working on being undone in such a grotesque and unprofessional way. To be honest, I felt bad for the salesperson, who was nothing but professional. People in the showroom, and other employees looked like they couldn't believe a potential buyer is treated like that. I've written directly to the general manager, Robert G., and considering one of following actions once I hear from him: 1. Take it up to Toyota Motors 2. Lodge a complaint with Better Business Bureau of Georgia 3. Consult the legal department at my workplace. The experience was so disturbing and unbelievable that I couldn't finish my round of other dealerships and drove straight home. Rescheduling the other visits. Let me also mention that the place seem to have decent people too, like the salesperson working with me or the woman who greets at the door. But I happened to run into Rich T. who appear to be the embodiment of the worst nightmares people may have about car salespersons. This makes it a puzzle as to why this place keeps him. Needless to say I am not going back!
    • Thank you for taking the time to let me know about your visit to my store. I want every customer to be treated with respect and be fully educated about each step of the buying process. I am sorry to hear that you were not met with this kind of service. I am currently out of town but am having my advisor, Mark Carpozza, reach out to you about your experience. If it is more convenient to you, can contact him at 678-832-4200. I want to be sure that we do what we can to regain your trust and ensure that you get what you deserve when buying your new car. Thank you, Robert Gagliardi General Manager

    • Mr. Gagliardi, There is nothing Nalley Toyota can do to earn my business back. Period. I am not going back. But you have the chance to correct the wrong that's going on in your dealership. It is one of the lowers rated Toyota dealerships in the Atlanta Metro area. A bully like Mr. Rich T. is a big liability who chased out at least one costumer, myself. So I leave it to you to take appropriate measures to correct this wrong. Also, you have ignored my direct e-mail to you. To date I have not heard from you. And yet you have replied within hours to my above review. This only proves that you are only interested in public image, rather than actually addressing the concerns of costumers. Again I have no expectations from you and will not contact you or anyone you suggest I should contact. But I hope you will use this incident as a learning lesson. Regards, The original review author
