    The time I spent at the dealership was no too long. Salesman didn't try to force me to buy a car I didn't want.

  • Fast service!

    I went to get an oil change and tire rotation during a peak time with no appointment and had people in front of me. I was out in 20 minutes! The staff was very courteous and took care of all my needs! I can trust to get service done here any time, even if I'm pressed for time. Thank you!

    Had a problem with the check engine light coming on then going off after a short time. Because of this problem and having to wait a long time to get a appointment I was sure that the light would be on by the time the appointment came about. This all changed after talking with service adviser Mat Marchbank. He had me bring in the truck that very same day to have the computer read. Upon reading the code he ordered the part required and advised me to bring it in the next day to install. It's always great knowing that you would treat a customer with this level of service.     As soon as my wife and I arrived, everyone was amazing!!!! Kerry and I found the car I was looking for and he did everything he could to make sure I was able to leave that day with it. I was overly impressed of the professionalism and courtesy that every person displayed.

  • My experience

    When I first got there my service was terrible. I had spoken to Matt in the service department and he treated me poorly. I talked to Heather at 8 in the morning to make sure that it would be ok to have my car towed there. She said yes and I called AAA to tow my car in. I called back at 10 to make sure that they got it and I was assured again by Heather that I was in and she got my name and phone number to give to the service department. After a couple of hours I hadn't heard anything, so I decided to go in. I was greeted by Stephen in the service area. He was super friendly and after I told him what happened he set me up with Matt. Matt was rude from the beginning. He asked me who I spoke with and after explaining what I had explained to Stephen, he looks at me and says "well, it will be way over two hours before we can do anything, actually we should not probably take it in because we are too busy". I told him that I had called at 8am and who I talked to and what they told me. I even showed him my phone log list with the 5 times I had called in before actually going to the dealership. In a nutshell, he was flat out rude. I told him that it was not my fault that this happened and he told me that it was not theirs either. I got really upset at this point and told him that I wanted to take my car elsewhere. I also asked to speak to the service manager. I went into the manager's office and waited for about ten minutes. He never came in so I called the Jeep dealership in Newnan Ga and asked about getting my jeep towed down to get it taken care of. As I leave the office, Stephen looks at me and noticed that I am still here and I explain that Matt was rude. I tell him that I am getting it towed to Newnan and he said wait a minute, we can help. So he takes me to Brandy and from that point, it was a totally different experience. I explained to her the same thing I explained to Matt. She took care of me. I was in because I dropped my key and it opened up. I damaged the key and needed a new one. She set it up and when I explained that I didn't have a way the next day to pick it up she even offered a shuttle to come and get me. Brandy also let me speak to the service manager. I don't remember his name but do remember he told my sister he was from South Africa. Right before he got to me he was talking to Matt, and I am assuming that Matt is explaining his side of the story. So when he gets to me he is prepped. When I explain everything, he is taking it in. When I finish, he explains that tow trucks have the tendency to drop off a car and not give the owner information to the service people. I told him I tried to avoid that situation by calling in to get my information in so that they would know that it was there. By talking to four different people I got very seamless phone service but when I got there it was a different story. He apologized but was not really empathetic to my situation. The next day Sharman came to pick up me and my mom. He was very polite and friendly. He got us to the dealership and we were on our way. If it had not been for these 3 amazing people, this would have been a nightmare experience. Thank you for great service people that can turn something very negative into a great experience. Cudos to Stephen, Brandy and Sharman. However, this seems like a relatively easy disconnect that could easily be fixed with a little more communication between departments that are only a walk away from each other.

  • Great Car buying Experience

    The salesperson did not put me under any pressure to buy any certain vehicle. I was drawn to the dealership to view a base model jeep, which Chuck had ready for me to view and it was myself who decided that I did not want just a base. Chuck was very helpful and answered any questions that I had. He was very patient and showed me any model that I wanted to look at.

    The service rep went beyond service and exceeded my expectations. I had not been a fan of LandMark but this guy's customer service was at an all time high. He made sure my car was checked in even past his getting off time. He took time to walk me thur what to expect time wise and made an otherwise bad day end on a great note.
