    It was great told Mr. Smith my problem got there and my car was ready in a couple of hour sand I was very pleased.

    The personal attention no matter how many customers are there. I'm a former Nissan owner and was skeptical about switching to Honda. Sons made me feel like I made the right decision. The customer service blows Nissan away, easily.

    The service workers respect the cars that come in by placing plastic covers over the head rests and putting down paper on the floor to protect these items from dirt and grime. I appreciate the friendly and warm welcome when you drive up.… I appreciate Sons Honda service workers in making me feel that my car is important and they are there to help make my Visit a pleasant one.

    I had been given a quote by another auto repair company. I called Sons and was given a quote at 1/2 of the original quote. The service tech was pleasant, knowledgeable and quite helpful.

    Quick Service and Kim Jones was very professional. The service was very fast. This is my second time having my vehicle serviced at Son's Honda and both times it was really fast service.

    Great services done on my car. It took about two hours, about the right time before I would start pacing the floor. The services charge was high. Lower your services charge.

    I loved the quick and fast service at Sons Honda. My Rep was awesome and knowledgeable. You only have a few that are nice and knowledgeable in the Service Department. Some look like who are you? What? Really? I don't want to be… bothered. Especially over where you buy parts. Really dry with customers. Your Sales Department is Awesome. Managers and Staff really frendly. The Sales Department is Knowledgeable. You will be pleased when you leave.
