by GreatNannie on 04/15/2015We stopped by Ed Voyles just to look at the 2011 - 2012 used Odyssey's. I was trading in an excellent condition 2007 Odyssey and I knew how much cash difference I was willing to pay. Chad Walker was my sales consultant. He showed us the… available vehicles. And then he showed us a 2014 Odyssey that had lots of "bells and whistles". We drove it and liked everything about it but I felt it was out of the price range I was looking for. Chad spoke to the sales manager and he said he would do whatever he could to make it work for me. They gave me a great price for my trade-in and they did make it work. They cleaned it up and we drove it home that day. There was no sales pressure from anyone. Chad was a super person to help us and so was the sales manager. I appreciate the great experience I had at Ed Voyles and will definitely refer them to my family and friends. LOVE MY CAR!!!!Excellent Shopping Experience

When I purchased my first car from Ed Voyles Honda two years ago, I had such a great experience when I bought my car that I thought that was the pinnacle of a car… buying experience. Well, it turned out I was wrong. It could and would be even better. I had an accident in my Honda and because it was totaled, I found myself back in the market for another car. I was dreading the whole process, but I knew I needed to get a vehicle. When I arrived at Honda David P. greeted me just like it was the same day when I had bought my first car from Honda. He is always super friendly and eager to help. After speaking with Chason and telling him my needs, he assured me he would help me get the best vehicle. Once I found the perfect vehicle, it was time to see the finance guy. David C. is a true professional. He told me how long it would be before we would begin the paperwork. David whisked me into his office shortly thereafter. He treated me with such dignity and respect and explained every document I had to sign. I have never bought a car in such record time (3 hours); but I did on Saturday. It's more than just buying a car with Chason and his team. I knew I would leave with a great & dependable vehicle. They treat you like family. They are honest; they do NOT over promise and under deliver. Although they're running a car business, they are more about the business of PEOPLE. That is why buying a car from Ed Voyles is truly a pleasure. They take the anxiety and angst out of buying a car. As long as I live in Georgia, Ed Voyles will be my place to shop for a car! Mike Dennihy from Ed Voyles was the first to give me a price. I… told him what I was looking for and he sent a total price that was the best. He had the car ready to test drive when I arrived and the price that I ended up with was exactly as he said it would be. I was in and out the door in less then a hour. If you are looking for a new Honda I suggest that you visit Ed Voyles and see Mike. They truely do what they promise.Great experience with Ed Voyles

He listened to what I needed and wanted and really helped me in finding the perfect car for me. He was very accomodating, helplful, and professional. If he did not know an answer, he found out the answer for me. He also was not pushy - something that I really appreciated from a car dealership. Cory in financing was also wonderful - the entire experience was so much better than I expected. Whwe we showed up to look at the car a few days later and the price that Mike quoted us was exactly… as he said it woule be....right down to the penny! The whole process could not have been any easier. From start to finish including the finace office took less then 1 hour. David made my visit very pleasant @ Ed Voyles Honda--I was interested in an Accord and he was very knowledgeable about… the product and its features and benefits for me. I was also pleasantly surprised about how the price remained as quoted and all of the paperwork processing really was not as painful as anticipated (handled quickly and efficiently). I did all my research on line and got quotes from 4 different dealers around… Atlanta. Ed Voyles was the first to answer my email request about a price on the 2010 Honda Civic that I was looking for. Mike Dennihy was GREAT to work with. He told me that there was no pressure and had no problem with me looking at other dealers. I decided to buy from Ed Voyles and Mike bacause he took the time to explain how the honda first time buyer program worked and walked me thru the whole process. Malcome (the finance manager) explained the finance process and waited while I kept calling my Dad to get his advice during thru whole process. I would and have reccomended Ed Voyles, Mike Dennihy and Malcome to anyone that is looking for a new HondaGO ELSEWHERE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE ED VOYLE CAR FAMILY TO ANYONE.
by ajnatl on 05/10/2010This dealership imbibes every negative connotation of a car dealership. I have never had such an unpleasant experience car shopping. I was approved and secured the special financing rate on a brand new Accord from another dealership and… was shortly in an accident. My car was totaled. I went to Ed Voyles to purchase a replacement car I was told that I would have no problem getting the special rate again. They gave a fair price. When I went online to fill the credit application several days later and called the dealership the sales manager told me that they can only give me the special financing rate or the price on the car. I explained those are two different things. He assured me I would get the price and rate that they had run my credit and to come in. I arrived with my cosigner and was told that I was unable to get the same rate I received three months ago. They then played with the numbers. They increased the APR by 3%, when I had been approved by American Honda Finance for the 1.9%. I walked out. Called two other dealerships and gave them my financial information and my cosigner information and was assured that I would be able to obtain the 1.9%. I received the price and rate I wanted. GO ELSEWHERE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE ED VOYLE CAR FAMILY TO ANYONE.Great Sales Associate

The service department installed an 8CD changer and a transporter drove my car to me the next day. Couldn't have had a better experience. I would definitely buy from them in the future. I went to the dealership where he had the car ready for me to test drive. When we got back we completed the paperwork with the… price Richard had emailed to me with nothing else added to it and no hidden junk fees.
